“I brought my 2019 Thor Quantum here after my head unit gave a video error for my backup and sideview cameras. After having the dealership where I bought the RV from, kicked the can down the road trying to refer me to a Ford dealer, stereo shops, and two so called RV experts either telling me the don't work on cameras systems and I would have go elsewhere. I reached out to Thor who gave me the name and address for Perfect Bodies. I was told that they do Thor's warrantee work, and would help me even though my RV was no longer under warranty. I had no choice but to take it to Joe and his crew. They spent a lot of time on this issue, but got things working. Considering amount of time and and phone calls to Thor's engineers and technical support, my bill was more than fair.
I have no complaints and only praises for this shop. They are honest and hard working. What else would you expect from a professional?
I won't be bringing my RV to anyone else.

“I was recently referred to Ossie’s Auto, and I’m very glad I took the recommendation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall customer service.
The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks. It was a nice touch that made the wait pleasant.
The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They clearly explained the maintenance my vehicle needed and took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciated most was that they never pressured me into making unnecessary repairs. Instead, they provided honest recommendations and explained what I may want to consider addressing in the future, allowing me to make an informed decision.
I also found their pricing to be very reasonable, especially compared with what I have experienced at the dealership, where similar services were considerably more expensive.
While waiting, I spoke with another customer who had been referred by a coworker after getting a quick oil change a few days earlier. She told me her coworker had assured her that she would be pleased with the service and that the process would be quick. She arrived after me and was actually finished before I was - which made perfect sense since my vehicle required additional work beyond a standard oil change.
I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ossie’s Auto. The knowledgeable service, honest recommendations, reasonable pricing, and genuine customer care all in a timely manner really stood out and impressed me!

“Steve and his crew are top notch. I had a good friend come over from Connecticut and had an issue with his truck while here on the Island. I called Nico's way and fully knowing they had a completely booked day, they got him in and repaired the truck so he could get back home that night. The part needed was not available at any local autoparts store so Steve took his personal vehicle to pick up the part to get the job done. Jim actually called me to give me some advise on how to make sure my injectors stay clean longer while he was cleaning them, and then gave me more advice when I came to pick them up. When I reinstalled my injectors they worked perfectly. No more loud clicking noise, rough idle, or poor performance. So happy I chose PCFI.”

“I am so happy I found this place. I’ve been searching for a reliable repair shop for my RV for months and these guys are incredible.
I have a band and we go on tour frequently. We had come back from a tour in early August, scheduled to tour again late August. We were trying to get an alignment, got turned away from one place, and priced out of another. within two days, and less than a week until we had to leave for the tour, these guys got our RV driving so smooth for a very reasonable price in record time.
Been driving for about 7 hours and our RV has never felt better. Smoother, quieter, no issues whatsoever.
We will absolutely come back to Island Wide for all of our future repairs!”
