Absolutely a nightmare. Find out for yourself. They hire low quality people with zero respect for customers and testy, disrespectful attitudes—adult children. They make mistakes that cost you time and money after assuring you that the parts are correct. Some of the help would be better suited working in anything but customer service that requires zero attention span and zero interaction with the public. GHETTO POLITICS IS THE CUSTOMER INTERACTION NORM HERE.

The clerk inside was grumpy. The battery was heavy and I wanted to help, but the clerk yelled at me. I wondered if he had a problem. If he didn't want me to help, he should have just said so. There was no need for this.

Never again will I go to this establishment. I came in on Sunday night the 21 to return an alternator. The worker was completely rude, and condescending. He’d ask for my information then when I proceeded to give him the info, he start speaking in a very passive aggressive way. He was working with the manager Mike on Sunday evening. That was my last time going to this store. To the worker whom this is about, stop taking your anger out on customers. Because the company loses customers like that. Because of your action I’ll never shop there again. I already did a survey on auto zone cares and gave it 1 star if i could give it 0 I would. I’m calling when they open tomorrow to get his name and report him. Unacceptable Behavior, whilst scrolling throughout the reviews rude workers seems like the norm at the bohemia AutoZone.

Honestly one of the worst customer experience I have ever had. Too long of a story to go into with the employees that work there looking at me like I have five heads waiting for them to return an item to me. If I could give no stars I would what I would believe to be a manager was unprofessional just telling the cashier to just give me a random part. I will not be going to any autozone ever again. Also don’t reply to this with a contact us email cause I doubt you will even help.

Absolutely unacceptable manger told me they had this in stock and could exchange for me then I come 20 minutes down to the store and the lady doesn’t say any words to me just keeps eating her double xxl Reese’s cups and I say I want to exchange it and she proceeds to just no listen and then gets her manger after even she admitted she messed up and then her manager tells me I’m wrong and comes outside and takes a picture of me and my car bc I was rightfully so upset bc they would not exchange the parts like they said they would on the phone , bohemia autozone absolutely unacceptable

Nan really helped me out with a power steering pump that I was being sent all around for. They didn’t have the exact part but was able to offer another brand which did the trick. Thanks again for the great service.

Was absolutely amazing and serving the public at my time in the store there was an irate belligerent woman making uncalled for comments to this young man shame on her she actually wanted this young man to go out and fix something on her car seriously lady RJ don't let anybody ever tell you that you're anything but professional

It's not for car fans, it almost only has service, consumables and cleaning materials. Very few accessories.
