I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for anything western wear. They have a wide variety of boots, clothes, accessories such as boot hooks, belts, jewelry, perfume/ cologne. Vinny was a great help! He has so much knowledge and was a great help

Went here with hopes of purchasing my first pair of cowboy boots but was completely ignored by the staff for the first 10 minutes I was there. I then approached the checkout counter and explained I needed help getting fitted for the boots as I’d never had a pair before was told by the woman that she would get someone from the back to assist me, waited another 10 minutes, a woman came from the back took one look at me and then went back. I will not be giving any money to this establishment!

There is a reason it's called Boot Barn. Sure there is clothing and accessories you can use to get your 'cowboy' on; but it's all about the Boots! They have tons!

BOOT BARN It was one of my best experiences ever. The store staff are very friendly, there's a wide selection for men and women, and the prices are very good. I highly recommend it. I bought some ARIAT boots and the price was very good, I will definitely be back again.

We visited this Boot Barn for the first time, and I have to say I absolutely fell in love. The customer service was incredible, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help us. The selection was amazing, with a huge variety of clothes, boots, purses, and jewelry. You can find just about anything you could want. The men’s section was just as impressive, filled with stylish and authentic country outfits.
I also really appreciate that they honor military and first responder discounts. That means a lot to me and speaks volumes about the values of the store. I didn’t personally do the hat station, but I saw it and thought it was such a fun and unique feature.
The store was clean, well-organized, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was absolutely perfect. I’m completely obsessed and already looking forward to my next visit.

Store is big with tons of inventory but most importantly they have excellent customer service. I had a small issue and the manager, Ces, remembered me and rectified the situation with ease weeks later. She is honest, forthcoming, and extremely helpful. My interaction with her will ensure that I am a returning customer and that I recommend the store to family and friends too!

The store itself is very nice and organized but VERY expensive. They also have no shopping carts or baskets which makes shopping there a headache.
