I had an incredible experience with Custom Stair Runners from beginning to end! I have been a home owner for 35 years and have worked with many services, having different experiences with each service. I can honestly say that I have never worked with such a professional, client focused service. We were getting ready for our daughter’s wedding and wanted something special for our large stairway. Well, Custom Stair Runners delivered! The staff made the process absolutely seamless and delivered a gorgeous carpet with expert installation. I can absolutely say that I am one very happy customer ?. I would highly recommend Custom Stair Runners to anyone looking for quality carpet and expert installation.

Vivian helped me so much with picking everything out and made me feel so comfortable through this whole process and I was confident after spending time with her that this was going to look amazing! Adam and Anthony came to my house they were so nice, respectful and they put this runner together beautifully. Every once in a while I’m surprised by the professionalism of a company. It happens far less than I would like while doing business with various entitites on Long Island. Custom Stair Runners is the exception to that rule; from Vivian to Adam and Anthony they’ve exceeded my expectations at every turn and the end results have been outstanding.I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Vivian was helpful in guiding me in selecting the right carpet to fit our families needs and was patient while I deliberated on colors. Installation was smooth and easy! Took 1 day, carpet cut on-site. We could not be happier with the outcome and will use them again for additional custom projects! Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the carpet installation that CSR did for us.The carpet selection was trouble free with the help of Vivian their design consultant. The installation was expertly done by Adam, CSR's owner and his assistant, Anthony. They did a beautiful job making sure every cut was perfect before finishing edges and permanently tacking the carpet.We are delighted with the end result and would use CSR again!

I love when a family-run business delivers exceptional quality and service. Superb communication, very quick not only to provide sample materials but also when booking appointments and offering follow up service when needed. On-site installation was also very well done. Because my stairs were metal and cement, they needed to return to add more adhesive (my sisal rug was very thick). They were positive and supportive, always making me feel that my overall satisfaction was their main priority.To top it all off, my stairs look FANTASTIC!I would highly recommend them and will use them again when needed. I give them a 5-star rating!

From beginning to end, working with Vivian and her team was an excellent experience. Ours was a custom job given the size of the runner that needed to be replaced. Vivian recognized that right away and explained the process by which they would increase the standard size to fit our staircase. The runner selection process was flawless; she gave us plenty of choices and her pricing was very fair. He technicians arrived on time and put the pieces together to create a seamless custom job. I highly recommend this company!
