I tried to pick up my RX today at 1:35 pm and the Asian woman behind the RX counter said they closed. As I went to walk away another man walked up and said he needed to pick up his RX, she not only helped him right in front of me but then proceeded to have to search for his meds. When I asked her why she helped him and not me she just completely ignored me and continued to close up! I went to speak to the manager and the store manager informed me that they are separate entities and I had to speak to the RX manager, who are all off today and the “temp” one in is the one who was just completely rude to me. Unacceptable behavior and the store is kept trashy. I have been coming here out of convenience but I will look into switching to something with better customer service and better neatness.

Shopping here is always a pleasure. The store is clean and well organized. The aisles are clearly marked so it's easy to find what you came in for. And the people working the cash registers have always pleasant as well as well as efficient.

Austin Myers is the lead pharmacist over at CVS in Bohemia on sunrise Highway. This poor guy seemed very angry and upset. He was not a pleasure to deal with nor was he helpful. We are choosing to take our business elsewhere solely because of the way that he treated us.

After months of dealing with their abrasive, unfriendly and unprofessional staff, I finally decided to give a review. Does this location simply not care about revenue share. There is so much competition (8 other pharmacies in a 2 -3 mile radius) where customers can fill their meds. The corporate office needs to get in here to give this team customer service training.
In addition, with all the privacy/HIPAAA/PII regulations, I find it shocking this team doesn't respect or honor that. It is appalling that they speak so loud in front of other questions revealing my name and medication name. So for the last year, I don't say my name verbally but give them my
License and they still repeat it out loud.

Stood at the register for 15 mins. Tried calling attention to myself that I am ready to be rung up. No one came to help me check out.
Went to the self check out (which I hate because I don’t get paid to ring myself up). My mistake was I didn’t realize one was card payment only, the other was cash or card. I went to to the card payments only station. Applied my $10 coupon. Realized I need the cash machine because I wanted to get rid of my change and break a $20. Couldn’t exit out so left the card reg as is. Rung myself up on the cash reg, but couldn’t apply the coupon because it was currently being used on the card machine. So I had to forget about using my change and breaking my $20 go back and finish paying on the card reg because that’s where my coupon was applied.
Cashiers need to pay more attention to the front. When I was a cashier at CVS I always had my eye on the front no matter what project I was working on and no matter how far away from the register I was.

Bohemia store ' Literally have been lieing to me for a week about my medication not being in stock when it was. Disgusting. Made me look like a crazy person with my doctor. So Sad. I will travel and go to another more helpful store.
