after reading some of the bad reviews I decided to post this. A few years ago I had dunright install my pool liner. They apparently Subcontracted it out to another pool company who installed the liner because they were just too busy. Brett was the contact I was dealing with at dunright. From the 1st day the pool liner was in, I have noticed broken plastic finish pieces that work left for me to discover. The liner was and still is too big for the pool and has wrinkles and bubbles throughout the whole liner. They blamed it on my liner. Beed saying that that should have been changed. They then said oh its your chemical s They came and they put pennies to hold my liner in saying that I needed to get Linerlock. To fix my problem 3 years later, my entire pool is full of wrinkles and I am on The Verge of purchasing a new liner, never through them again. I have email Bret many times and even spoke about small flames court then all emais stoped no surprise. They are the worst. I probably should look in too the warranty. But what's the difference. the poor quality of work is only going to be done again by this company?
The salesman told me even his liner. Does this from time to time that was their excuse? Please think twice about this company.

Dunrite pressure tested our pool and discovered a leak in a pipe under my flower garden. They repaired the leaking pipe and left everything beautifully. They even replanted my plant that was above the leaking pipe. No mess at all. Amazing job.

I’m so grateful to Dunrite pools, a company my family has used since the 80’s or 90’s, I mistakenly hired a pool company and was really burned by the experience. I went back to what I knew, I took my water to Dunrite, they suggested the chemicals, I did as instructed, came back with new water, made new adjustments, bought a dolphin M600 and learned the basics of my new system through YouTube and some Facebook groups. I’m happy to say I finally have a clean pool. Thank you Dunrite.

Bryan and Manny did a great job opening my pool this morning. Talk about going out of their way to get the pool going they called another crew and drove over to that location in order to secure a longer hose to bypass the booster pump because the housing was broken. They wanted to make sure not to dissapoint opening our pool. They also took the booster pump back to the shop to be fixed and reassured me that the pump would be brought back next week so I can run my polaris vaccum. Dunrite has a great crew here. Both were personable and professional. Kudos to Dunrite and its workers.

Mike replaced our Pool Pilot Digital (15 years old) with a new ChlorSync controller on TU, 6/18. The FLOW pvc connector was cracked upon installation of the tri sensor cord, thereby leaking water. Karen arranged for a replacement of the whole PVC assembly piece which was done on TH, 6/20. Can’t say enough good things about Dunrite. Fast, professional service performed by courteous and respectful employees. We had our in ground pool first put in in 1996 and then changed everything to salt in 2009 and used Dunrite each time - also for other purchases such as new salt cells and tri sensor cables. Their prices are competitive and you get the backing of a reputable company with excellent customer service.

Recently had a semi-in-ground pool installed by Dunrite and we are very pleased. The company is professional, helpful and worked with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Dunrite pools! We are enjoying the weather this summer with our beautiful pool! Thank you to Dunrite and their staff to help make our pool experience a positive one!
