  Very professional, very accommodating, they gave me a free upgrade because it was my daughter's birthday. They remember your name and everyone was so nice. Most importantly they get you in and out.

  Rented a car from here when my car broke down. The customer service is top notch. I had an issue that was out of the stores control and they handled it so nicely. Would definitely return.

  The people at enterprise are always courteous and helpful. They get you in and out as quick as possible and always have very competitive prices. The cars are always clean and well-maintained. I will definitely only use enterprise in the future.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Enterprise and specifically Mike Giambone. He went over everything with me and made the process simple and efficient and was knowledgeable about anything I asked. I was able to leave my rental at the body shop when I picked up my own car. Would definitely rent through them again.

  Horrible customer service!!!!!! Why lie to your customers? I called and told the employee I would be a little late approximately 30 minutes due to getting held up at work as we all do sometimes. I was told “ no worries just give us a call when you’re on the way, we hold the rentals for about an hour. I call back shortly after to say that I am on my way. Another employee tells me “there’s a note here that say we would give you a call if anything comes in” give me a call?? That’s NOT what I was told initially!! If I was told that I would’ve proceeded with different arrangements at the time. I get to the location because they tell me there are “no cars available” the parking lot was full. How are there no cars available but the parking lot is full? They offered no additional assistance. As I said before horrible customer service. I liked this location the last two times I came here as I’m new to the area and enterprise has always been my go to. I won’t go to this location again. I’d rather continue driving to the old enterprise location which goes above and beyond for loyal customers each and every time. This place is such an inconvenience. What did you guys think I was doing if I made a 7day rental reservation ? The lying is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience, he should’ve been honest instead of trying to sugar coat the fact that he had already given the car away. Is there no grace period? Go somewhere else if you can.

  I wanted to rent a vehicle to pick up on Friday evening and return Saturday evening. It is impossible. They close on Saturday at 12:00pm. They said that i would be charged for the vehicle until Monday Morning, even when they have a drop off box. So its no good for me.

  Wow! Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a redeeming experience. The staff was professional, the car was clean, I was oriented to the vehicle (not just handed the keys), staff helped set up the hands free program, and when I returned the car no problems . This was quite a different experience than I had at 2 other sites. Veteran's Hwy is my site going forth.

  If I could give a 0 I would. The man who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and was saying slick comments under his breath. When I told him I could hear everything he was saying under his breath he stated “oh oh no I’m just saying there was miscommunication..”. I was very surprised about this encounter. I have always used Enterprise and have never been spoken to like this. This is why I’d rather do business with Patchogue or Port Jefferson Enterprise. The Bohemia location made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcoming and I would definitely not recommend anyone to call here unless you want to feel belittled.

  Honestly the best experience I've had with renting cars,The Branch manager was awesome and gave me a free upgrade since I had previously rented the week before,I'll be back in 2 weeks

  From start to finish enterprise was perfect. Branden Cohen outdid himself with customer service. Explained everything in detail and taught us all the things we needed to know about the car. He was professional and truly made the stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you enterprise and branden.

  James at Enterprise in Bohemia NY was very helpful and accommodating with our recent rental. He took the time to inquire about our trip, prior to our departure. He then made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle chosen for us. He also took the time after our trip to confirm we were satisfied. Customer service like this is a very rare item today and this is why we will continue to use Enterprise in Bohemia NY.
