A special shoutout to the manager, Donna – she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly. She’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the customers. Donna answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process simple.
If you’re looking for a storage unit with excellent customer service and a manager who truly looks out for you, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This is a bad choice. Security is non excysting with one crappy camera for the gate. I had a car stolen from here and I was not notified. I showed up a week later and had to find out for myself. Once I notified the office they told me they had a break in but to there knowledge nothing was stolen. I asked for a discount on the rent since I am out $10,000 and the owner of the property did nothing for me. It also took a couple days to get the video tape that shows nothing because the camera is old and of of date. So many better options in the area. Keep searching.

Donna is very knowledgeable and attentive. I started to figure out my storage unit by myself since the instructions were not difficult, but she went out of her way to meet me and answer any questions.
The unit itself is acceptable. I went with the smallest size available just to clear some space in my office. Even the tiny units allow for a decent amount of vertical stacking. Looking forward to optimize and organize.

Donna was more than helpful with quite a few different things.
She was not only knowledgeable about your business but she also cared and tried to help including coming down to See if everything was okay because I am handicapped.
