Walked in to have a package returned to the sender. It took me longer to park the car then I was inside to do this, very fast helpful service. The lady who helped me even took the box and re taped the box to secure it even more. Thank you

Convenient location with decent hours. The staff were helpful when I needed help printing a label and packaging a fragile item. Tracking updates were accurate. The only downside was a bit of a wait during lunch hour. Overall, a solid spot for shipping needs.

Today 10/1 my husband n I needed to mail back something. When we walked in we were greeted by Jackie. She was friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. It was refreshing to see someone give great customer service. She is an asset to this store.
