  Just outside pissed how I was just treated in place. I had a pic of a manicure with a different color on each nail. I have no problem if you change extra due to it being a little annoying. The manager laughed and said you can't use 5 colors in front of other customers. She stood over my should giggling laughing. I said I got ill pick one color. I told her I never felt embarrassed 😳 she laughed and was saying no.no. I said its not funny. The manicure itself was fine when I left she told me to have a nice day laughing. I told her this is how you treat a customer laughing at them as im telling how badly treated. This manager owner ran my card 4x I heard it and she cam laughing it doesn't work. I said impossible I used it all morning . I gave cash in the end. I never felt so embarrassed in my life. I will never return to this place again.

  Have been coming here for many years and would not go anywhere else! This place is the best.
  
  They offer various mania and pedis, as well as other spa treatments. All the services we’ve tried have been great, but the spa pedicures are our favorites.
  
  The place is clean and neat. Sue is fantastic - so kind and always welcomes us like family.
  
  Absolutely love coming here - five big stars!

  I very rarely will bad mouth a business. I have respect for anyone having to deal with the public. Obviously though my time, my money & my business isn’t important to French Nails in Bohemia
  
  I’ve been going to the same nail salon for years. 10 + years if I had to guess. It’s the ONLY thing I do for myself. Seriously the only time I spend on me.
  
  While I love the work of the girl I go to (anyone can tell you how I praise her work) I have been taken in very late, with an appointment, for the last 3 appointments.
  
  The girl I go to always apologizes but the owner does not.
  
  Today took the cake.
  
  I got there 15 mins early. No problem, I will wait.
  From the looks of where my girl was on the customer before me, I knew it would be another half hour at least.
  That’s cutting my schedule close but I will make it work.
  
  Thinking the 2 other girls & the owner just sitting there doing nothing could take & prep me….nope!
  3 more people come in & are taken right away. A 4th person comes in & the owner starts on her nails.
  
  I’m now 30 mins past my appointment time. I’m starting to stress that I’m not going to get to my next appointment on time or even in a reasonable amount of time.
  
  As I catch the owners eye she yells “just a few more minutes Tina” and laughs as she shifts the girl who is supposed to do my nails to the woman she was just doing.
  So yell back “I’m on a time crunch here”
  Nothing- no response
  So I stand up. I don’t want to make a scene but I want to make a point.
  Another 5 minutes standing there being ignored.
  
  43 minutes passed my appointment time & completely ignored
  
  No thank you.
  
  My time & money may not be important to you but my voice will be.

  Very dissatisfied with this place. I had went here a few years ago before they remodeled and I remember the work being pretty decent. I don't know if there's been a change of management but when I went I got a full set of acrylic gel nails and they seem very confused. The next day my nails started breaking with a brand new set exclamation. She charged me a lot of money only to have broken nails the next day. A few days later I went back and I told her what happened and I demanded that she put a brand new set. At first she hesitated and still seemed confused. They put on a new set. PS. A few days later they started cracking again. I would not go back here again. They charge top dollar for very poor work. I had to take time out of my schedule for them to put to redo the work. It was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this place. They are overpriced and don't know what they are doing

  Was trying a new salon because the girl that usually does mine is out on maternity so I tried this place as it is closer to home. Well Sharon butchered my nails. Never soaked the gel off she used an electric file which made them soooo thin. Within one day one broke and within 3 days I had splits in 4 of them!! I go every 2 weeks and NEVER had this problem!!! I will NOT go back there ever again!!!!! What a rip off!!!!Services: Pedicure

  This place is great. I love getting my nails there. It so relaxing and every body is so nice . I feel so pamper when ever i go there. It one of the best nail salon in Long Island.

  I have only gotten pedicures here, and they do an excellent job. I gave four stars instead of five because the spa pedicures are crazy expensive in my opinion. Since I don’t get pedicures often in the winter months it’s not that bad, but summertime I will have to find a more affordable place.Service: Pedicures

  Always a pleasure....Nancy is best! She doesn't rush and takes her time doing whatever you are there for. Sue is always accommodating and is very considerate to the customers. I have been going there for years and have never had a problem.

  Horrible. I got a polish change and they charged me $20!!! That is absurd. I also got a powder manicure and within 5 days four of my nails have cracked and chipped polish off.

  Overpriced and just horrible. The worst nail salom I have ever been... dont waste your money here its not worth it.
