Was trying a new salon because the girl that usually does mine is out on maternity so I tried this place as it is closer to home. Well Sharon butchered my nails. Never soaked the gel off she used an electric file which made them soooo thin. Within one day one broke and within 3 days I had splits in 4 of them!! I go every 2 weeks and NEVER had this problem!!! I will NOT go back there ever again!!!!! What a rip off!!!!Services: Pedicure

I have only gotten pedicures here, and they do an excellent job. I gave four stars instead of five because the spa pedicures are crazy expensive in my opinion. Since I don’t get pedicures often in the winter months it’s not that bad, but summertime I will have to find a more affordable place.Service: Pedicures

Horrible. I got a polish change and they charged me $20!!! That is absurd. I also got a powder manicure and within 5 days four of my nails have cracked and chipped polish off.

I came here yesterday for my daughter to get her nails done for her dance recital which is today so my daughter had a picture of what she wanted so she asked the nail tech if she could do it she said yes ,their customer service is horrible they kept moving my family from sitting next to my 11 year old daughter, the end result was horrible I basically paid $45 dollars for thin plastic and dollar tree glue with nail polish also the nails she wanted had gems on it they put glitter for the gems I recommend not coming here it's so unprofessional

I just moved to Sayville recently &I googled nail salons near me & this place had good reviews. A day before my trip I went for a full acrylic set with gel polish. I wanted a rounded look. The woman who did my nails was obviously a novice. Other workers there kept checking in on her. The fake nails were obviously not sticking properly to my own nails but she said not to worry that once she put the powder they would set right. Then she started with the gel polish, she was just putting on globs of polish and putting my hands under the machine. The polish kept moving to the side, it was obviously too much and not drying properly before applying new coats. I kept asking her to fix them and she kept getting annoyed. I was there for almost 2 hours and the Nails were left thick, bulky uneven and ugly. They charged me $55. To top things off, they started to break off one by one by the next day. While I was away I had someone fix the 3 nails that broke and apply new polish, as the polish they put was so bulky, that even when she went to file my nails, the polish was still wet underneath! I went back to this salon a day after I came back from my trip, as 2 more nails had broken and she wanted to charge me $30 to fix my nails! Will never go back there.

I've been coming here for 5 years, and My Mom used to take me here when I was younger, so this salon has been around a WHILE. It's always packed, and there's a good reason! It was recently re-done, and it's beautiful. Massage chairs, tub liners, steaming machines, and brand new just opened materials, everytime they work on someone's nails. I really appreciate that, because it is VERY easy to get a cuticle infection. The standard manicure and pedicure costs are VERY reasonable (someone said they're expensive? Have they BEEN to ANY nail salon in Nassau County?) $8 a manicure, $20 for a standard pedicure. That means you get a full mani-pedi with a shoulder massage for $28. Not bad. Not bad at all. I always get Gel, and the selection of gel colors is ASTONISHING. Glitter, Metallic, EVERY color imaginable. I get the OPI Spa pedicure, complete with a callus remover, exfoliation, foot and leg message that goes on FOREVER, and of course, the works on my toes- $40. I recently did that in Westbury at another nail salon on my lunch break- $75, just to put it in perspective. My gel manicure is $25, but is worth it, since it always lasts 2-3 weeks. I get my eyebrows done here too, and I don't trust ANYONE else to do them. Everyone there is phenomenal, but I am partial to Nancy or Cindy. They do great work. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. They try to accommodate walk ins as much as they can, (like the day of hubs' Grandmommy's funeral, they fit me right in), but many times, they'll ask if you can come back 30-60 minutes later, because of the other appointments. You're just better off. Unless you're getting brows done, at which point it's quick.
