Eddie, the refinisher at CLS, has given a 1970's maple butcher block table a new life! He made a stain for the legs of the table to match the frame of new chairs. We just received back our dining room table after having refinished by CLS. Couldn't be more grateful to them for restoring this family treasure. The quality and craftsmanship is quite evident. CLS is a 3rd generation furniture reupholstery, furniture refinishing and design company established in 1945, owned by two sets of Catalano brothers. Michael and Patrick, the third generation and Jimmy and Raymond the second generation.
A personal tour of the factory/showroom is sure to be a unique and often an enlightening experience. It gives potential clients a “bird’s eye view” of the subtle nuances associated with the old-world craftsmanship the artisans provide there. The tools of the trade & everlasting materials are on full display that help elevate mass- produced upholstered pieces into custom-made quality one stitch ata time!
