I had a horrible experience with this location I got into a car accident under 5 miles from their location. My vehicle was towed to them and was at that location for less then 24 hours. I didn't have full coverage so it was not going to be fixed. I asked if they could tow it less then 5 miles from their location. When I went to pay the bill it was almost 900$. They charged me for things they didn't even do. For example yard clean up was 175 dollars when I ask what that was they said they had to clean the highway. Well no one even cleaned the highway cause I was the last one to leave the actual location of the accident. I asked if there was anything they can do to help me with the price and the flat out said no. Very rude location and not even once did they ask if I was ok. I would never recommend this location to anyone nor would I ever use them in my life.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop. From the moment I walked in, Joe and his team treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism. The customer service was top-notch — I was updated every step of the way, they explained the process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout.
What really stood out to me was how veteran-friendly this shop is. As a veteran, JFA definitely goes down as one of the most veteran friendly businesses that I have come across. They went out of their way to show appreciation for our service, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a very timely manner.
The quality of the work was excellent — my car looks brand new again — but it was the honesty and the integrity of the team that will keep me coming back after this experience. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, respectful, and skilled auto body shop that treats veterans like family, this is the place.

I went for a photo inspection for a new car insurance policy. I didn't have an appointment, but needed the inspection and decided to stop by while I was in the area. I'll admit, I got there right in the middle of a busy day. Nonetheless, they had me in and out in like 15 minutes. It was much appreciated!

Best auto repair shop around- and I have friends that own some. The owner is always available to speak to you about your repair , calls never go unanswered, and they towed my car within the hour……, very professional business!! Top notch company!! I highly recommend this shop!! Best around !

Joe and his staff were a pleasure to work with , a branch fell on the roof of my car and having to go through insurance was a pain at first but Joe made the process smooth and easy . My car looks amazing the guys did an amazing job! Looks brand new right off the lot :) 10/10 Deff recommend JFA Auto repair . Thanks again !!!

Had an issue with the rear bumper on my subaru, and these guys hit it out of the park. Completely transparent and upfront. Made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Any auto body issues in my future and it's coming here.

Took 3 days to fix scratch in my bumper after being told it probably take a day. Picked up car and there were rums in the paint. I looked like they painted over the dirt on the bumper. Had to leave it again to be re-done. Picked up the car again and there was a lot of white over spray on the black plastic of the bumper. Had to go back a third time to have the over spray removed, they did even get it all off.

I’ve never left a review on ANYTHING but these guys deserved 5 stars!! I’m so amazed by the work they did and how quickly they did it! They were able to get the dent and chip in my traverse out before I went on vacation and for that I’m forever grateful!! It looks brand new!
