“I brought my daughter’s phone in to be fixed. The back part on the phone was shattered. When I was bringing it in, I was very nervous about how much it would be. Not only was it a lot cheaper the. I thought, the guy was so nice. They fixed it that day and it turned out amazing. I was so thankful. I would absolutely recommend it.”

“Found the Representative was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs. Not a pushy sales person by any means. Rep found all possible promotions and spent the time setting my phone up. I walked out of the store after upgrading to the iPhone 17 from the 13 using it perfectly.”

“I had a phone emergency. My phone flew off my car while I was driving….. Screen was smashed…… went through the insurance. They shipped me out a new phone, so I went to this store Bohemia location so they could help me transfer everything over to my new phone!!! I meet the sweetest most helpful employee!!! Her name is Elissa, she was so kind, patience and helpful. She helped me fully set up my entire phone, even reconnected my Apple Watch.. told me what to do in the next steps with the broken phone and while she was helping me, she also helped this woman who had a virus in her phone. Elissa Was so kind, friendly and helpful!!! She had such a warm personality. She Truly went above and beyond and was a pure pleasure to work with!!! Thank you Elissa 💓 🌟 Elissa is definitely an asset to this store and company🌟”
