They shipped me out a new phone, so I went to this store Bohemia location so they could help me transfer everything over to my new phone!!! I meet the sweetest most helpful employee!!! Her name is Elissa, she was so kind, patience and helpful. She helped me fully set up my entire phone, even reconnected my Apple Watch.. told me what to do in the next steps with the broken phone and while she was helping me, she also helped this woman who had a virus in her phone.
