My teenage son stumbled on Shane’s place searching for a 6cyl Charger. Lo and behold we found the last tru gentleman in the used car business. A week later we were driving home in a 2007 R/T Charger. 2 Local owner car it was a 16 year olds dream come true. GREAT CAR GREAT PRICE GREAT SERVICE. We live 35 minutes West and it can be a hassle to get rides etc. Take the train we will scoop you up! Thanks to Shane and the guys in the back you don’t see. There were a few small things that I wanted addressed prior to delivery. I mentioned them to Shane, “you got it the guys will take care of it on inspection.” They even rectified a small thing I missed. No double talk on what I brought up etc. I’m a tough guy to please/work for. Shanes my go to going forward with my used car needs! With gratitude thank you Billy and Luke

Bought from Shane and the guys at Performance Auto in October of 2023. Used cars can often be a trap of hidden issues and neglect upon purchase. When I bought my 2014 Sentra (reasonably priced with good mileage), a test drive didn’t raise any flags, and so we proceeded with the purchase with no reservations. Murphy’s law kicked in after the sale and it seemed like every light on the dash just wanted to light up. They were under no obligation to service the many minor issues that popped up, but Shane was always understanding and went out of his way to take care of it, no extra charge. I appreciated his honesty and his determination to prioritize peace of mind for people who bought from him. He was always transparent and straightforward, and that’s about as much as you can ask for in a car salesman.

Shane was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything with the paperwork in full detail and there was no pressure in purchasing the car that was right for me. Very happy with my experience at Performance Auto. They were recommended by our trusted mechanic so we knew they wouldn't try to mess with us like other used car dealers had. Shane was very pleasant to work with and they made sure the car was in perfect condition before I bought it at no extra cost. The price you see online is what you pay, period. I'd definitely buy a car from them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Shane at Performance Auto in July 2023. The price for the vehicle was offered below the Kelly Blue Book recommended price but best of all there were no hidden fees (no extra prep or dealer fees, etc.) , the price advertised was the price you pay. Every other used dealership we went to had hidden fees totaling thousands of dollars. We were skeptical of buying a car that is 10 years old but the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and any needed repairs were made prior to the purchase. I highly recommend Shane and Performance Auto for anyone looking for a fair price on quality used vehicles.
