I give it a 4 because the entrance gates have problems at times, the code boxes should be in a place so you don't have to get out of your car. Rent is fair and I hope it says that way for awhile.

Pros: Amazing customer service, super nice and shockingly amazing workers, many places give you the corporate script but the employees who work here whether its in the location or over the phone are always down to earth and…human. Prices are great but what i love the most is the customer service.Cons: Understaffed so they bounce from one spot to the other and if you have questions or issues you need to track them down or wait on them to come to you, Ive called them up and told them nobody is at my location and typically within 5 minutes theyll get to you and aid you so not a deal breaker imo.

Best place EVER!! I was actually sad that I no longer needed to use them… The place is immaculate, security is great and important to them, and the prices are very reasonable! I will absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to choose this business when needing a storage facility… I promise you will not be disappointed! A+++++++++

Get ready to get robbed, literally. Absolutely zero security. If you hop the fence you can enter the storage facility. That's right. The entire building is unlocked. No security codes once you get through the main gate.This is what happened to my family last year. Obviously an inside job as the thief that hit 18 units knew where every camera was and covered them up so he can spend hours looking for goods. Just do what he did and park your car on he street out of sight of the fake cameras of next door building. (That business told us they were fake.) Hop the fence. BOOM! You're in! The local police are useless, too. They don't care, either. Zero stars would be too complimentary for this business. You have been warned.
