Their employees are careless and if they damage your vehicle they will deny it and say that you can't prove it was them. Documentation is key when dealing with these people.

Make sure you check the roads where they were loading or unloading the negligence of there employees cost me a tire and damage to my vehicle due to them leaving tools in the road.
