Last Saturday, Vinnie, Anthony and Zach The process went very smooth. Vinnie and his team arrived at 10:00AM as he said they would . Zach reached out to me the day before to reconfirm the time . The week before and after the installation, Vinnie would respond to my texts within minutes, which was very important to my wife and myself.Overall, SimplyPur did and outstanding job and I highly recommend them.Update from the previous review above.We had an unrelated plumbing issue under our sink. I called Vinnie on Saturday and a few hours later he showed up at my door and resolved the issue.SimplyPur provides "White Glove Service" to it's customers!!!

The staff and crew of Simply Pur Water Filtration did a great job installing my complete home water filtration system. They were timely, clean, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient while installing my water system. It was both informative and a pleasure to meet Vincent and learn about water purification for our home. Vincent did not "sell". He gave us the information we needed to make our decision.The installation-scheduling and the installation itself went very smoothly. The system is a neat and compact layout. Once it was installed, Vincent patiently answered all our operational questions.Vincent is a very enthusiastic spokesman for water purification and an extremely friendly person. We look forward to having him service our system in the years to come.

My wife and I have been talking about getting a water filtration system for a while after reading how contaminated our water supply is on Long Island. We called Simply Pur and it was the best decision we made, they showed up on time, educated us on exactly what the options are and what they recommend. With 3 children playing sports and actives it’s awesome filling up their water bottles daily with super clean healthy water, I highly recommend this company!

Simply pur came highly recommended by a friend and we couldn't have been more happy with our decision to go with them! We looked at a few options but none were as fitting as them. Vinny and the team were honest, straight to the point , no frills and got the job done. Our install was slightly complicated but they helped us find a solution that works and works well especially in a limited space. Definitely give them a call!

Very professional on time and a very knowledgeable experience. I am one that likes to know every step of the process and how it functions. They took the time to explain how everything works. I will never go back to drinking bottled water or tap ever again.

Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end. Trustworthy and reliable to work with. And the water taste!! It’s incredible the difference after we installed our water filtration system throughout our house. Also knowing my kids are drinking the purest of water is the biggest game changer. Nothing but great things to say about Simply Pur. After installation, we had a venting issue with our kitchen sink, and Vinny was there within 24 hours to fix the problem and make sure our water system was working properly. Top notch customer service. Have recommended to friends

We used simply pur water filtration for our alkaline drinking water system for our kitchen and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Vincent and his team were professional, knowledgeable of our water and water in general. They were very thorough in explaining all the processes and installation of the reverse osmosis system so we can understand it. If anyone is looking to do water filtration for your home or just for drinking water this is company to use. Great prices compared to other companies we looked at. Highly Recommend!!!
