Employee Monica very lazy and disrespectful to her customers. I ask for a bag for my drinks and she placed a bag on the counter and walked away. Then after i baged my items she asked me for 5 cent for the bag. Her customer service SUCKS and not a good representation of the establishment.

Great except for one employee. Tyrese... when the manager is around, he seems professional but, when he's alone? He neglects the hot food replacement policies, leaves the bathrooms in disarray, is rude to customers, and complains about his job. Tonight, I went to get a fruit punch from the fountain drinks, to which he commented that he is on a diet and claimed that I should be on the same diet. The diet he described requires only being allowed to drink water and avoiding bready foods, The problem with this diet would be my allergy to water, also known as aquagenic ureticaria. Upon being told that I can not drink water and that I have to be very careful when bathing, he stated that because my body is 70% water, there is no way that that allergy could exist. Upon telling him that the allergy does exist and the reason drinks like fruit punch would not set off the allergy is due to the molecular difference. He said he would throw water in my face to prove it the next time I visit the store. From my understanding and according to his co-workers, he has been reported countless times for his behavior to the manager, and nothing has been done to correct this, I feel unsafe shopping at this store, and if it continues, I will get the authorities involved.

A quick stop for gas. Tap to pay is a nice feature. This location has a "Beer Cave"!
I recommend stopping here for gas if you rent a car as it's close to the airport.
Plenty of pumps and easy access on and off the main road.

Always a long line, always a very long wait. The staff is as rude as it is slow. How can a company as big as Hess allow such a poorly-run franchise? Millions on advertising. Then you go to the store, and are treated as an annoyance.

Friendly staff, well stocked, fair prices. I Stayed at Roadway Inn catty wampus from there, walked there a few times for snacks and drinks.
