Unhelpful. Told me to just call T-Mobile and handle my upgrade through them. We asked if they could help us call them and they said “no, they hate when we call our own customer service”.

STAY AWAY FROMTHIS STORE. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Most incompetent T-Mobile store I have ever witnessed. Julissa and Steven will start a upgrade process for you and then not know what they are doing, charge your card, claim a system failure, send you to another store and will never rectify the situation or do anything to help. STAY AWAY.

I would like to thank the manager Joseph at the T-Mobile Sunrise Hwy & Johnson Ave store; as well as Harman (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for making sure I not only walked out of the store with my Free T-Mobile cooler tote--which is the coolest, btw?and a 9th Generation IPAD for 50% off! Whoo-hoo! I couldn’t pass up on that deal because I never owned an IPAD. I’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to do so. Yesterday, July 18, 2023, was my day! An early winter present in the summer. Timing is everything. Thanks guys and gal for helping me with such a sweet deal! I really needed this because I hate dragging my 17-inch HP laptop in the bed or squinting using my cell at night. This thing is the perfect size. I can’t stop laughing with joy because I am finally the owner of an IPAD! I am tinkled pink at my purchase. Look at my new baby! Also, thanks so much for the speedy service and being extremely helpful because I can be indecisive, but they were patient and assisted in what accessories I can use for my new IPAD. Joseph and Harman and the team went above and beyond. Thanks again T-Mobile!

The only T-Mobile store that matters. If you’re far away, make the trip. If you’re close by, it’s a no brainer. They’re always helpful and willing to explain everything. It’s much appreciated and I hope you guys never change. Thank you again!

Purchased an upgrade for my phone line. I was told I would receive a $100 promotion credit for screen protector and case. There was no promotion and was stuck paying for the accessories. I called the main T-mobile to get one off of my bill, which they promptly did. T-mobile said the other accessory would have to be taken care of by the store where I upgraded my phone. When I called to have the other one taken care of by the store the manager never called me back. Absolute terrible customer service for neglecting an ongoing issue and terrible staff for lying about promotions that are not valid. Avoid this location and go 2 miles down the road to the other one

Id like to thank the whole team of experts at team mobile in bohemia .from being a verizon member an becoming a team mobile customer was not an easy switch , But id like to take a moment to really shout out james p over that that location! Very patient, spent hours helping me figure everything out due to screw ups with others over the live chat options . I can not thank james enough for everything he has done for me an it will never go un noticed thank you for being an upfront , patient an friendly welcoming person an just all around a genuine an caring person to help me figure everything out .

0Stars Sprint/T Mobile is the absolute worse, will not honor contract to IPhone I paid $30 a month in device fees for over 2years. Salesperson at this store and contract said you can purchase phone after 18 months outright or continue paying for 6months to own the phone. Now store and T Morans claim small print/ NY law says I was only renting the phone can only return it, under no circumstances can own it. Hours on the phone with customer service, refused mandatory arbitration that’s in the contract. Will never use them again.

I was really apprehensive to leave Verizon. I had been with them for over 20 years and the service was always solid. However, the expense was getting crazy for a family with 4 phones. I was attracted to T-Mobile with the free phone upgrades and lower monthly cost. I stopped by this store and met with Giuseppe. This guy is great!! Answered all of our questions. No hard sales pitch, nothing like that. Honest and helpful. Took lots of time with us and we didn't even sign up at that point. Went back and signed up. Couldn't be happier with the service, just as good as we had before. No problems. Giuseppe is awesome. Don't hesitate to go talk to him and switch. You won't be sorry.

I walked in and someone assisted me right away. I believe their name was Giuseppe. I recently smashed my phone and I received a new phone through apple care. When attempting to return the broken phone I realized the SIM card was jammed. I went to this T-Mobile and they were able to replace the SIM card for me and even helped me wipe out my old phone. Great, quick service- thanks so much for your help, I appreciate it.

Excellent Customer Service. I have to express how awesome Nayanna was in explaining the services and different plans. The entire staff was plesent and I felt welcomed. My process was difficult and I wasn't rushed or pressured.I give T-Mobile next to Panera 5 stars !
