Avoid at all cost. People there do not speak English and they lean on customers to answer questions when there is a complain about poorly done gel manicures. I went there and the lady who did my nails did not know to do designs neither she knew how to do a gel pedicures. I will not go there when there is no customer service and people cannot comunícate very poorly customer service horrendous

not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't spend enough time to get the job done....wish I have never gone there was close by and decided to stop and that was one of the worse Decisions ever

I am a regular customer for years and usually get a pedicure and powder dip. Something that stands out to me over the past several years is how genuinely kind and attentive the staff is. They care about the person in the chair and do it a wonderful job. Would certainly recommend!!

I have been here a few times & unfortunately this will be my last. I came in and asked for a powder gel manicure and regular pedicure. They do not properly clean their tools before and/or after. They quickly rinse off anything that was used IN THE WATER that your feet have been in and immediately throw the wet tools back in the draw.
In the middle of my manicure, all of the employees started to yell at the person doing my nails. I wanted powder gel - she thought I wanted a regular manicure - so she was prepping my nails for a regular mani. For powder gel your nails have to be totally dry. She put my hands in these bowls with water & marbles for 10 minutes before the manicure. Then attempted to do powder. The powder was stuck to my cuticles and the skin around my nails. When I got up to pay and the owner saw my nails she told me to sit back down right away. She tried to fix them and told me I’ll be OK. She still charged me full price. They did not look done professionally at all & were cracking as soon as I got home.

I've been here twice (gel fill-in on acrylic nails and a regular pedicure) and I think I found my new favorite place! I have never felt more welcomed or more comfortable at a nail salon. The nail salon is very run down I walked into the restroom to discover when I looked up black mold on the ceiling near the air conditioning vent. I went to use the bathroom and after to wash my hands and discovered that the sink does not work there is no hot or cold water, no soap, no paper towels. I believe this is a violation of the health department for the employees who work there not to have facilities and for their customers. I asked where do you wash your hands Sunny pointed to the sink closer to where people where getting their nails done.You exit the bathroom, touch the door and then the sink and then some one else goes to wash there hands after a manicure?I don't think I need to say anymore this is pretty disgusting. I watched as they rinsed the nail tools. They were not sterilized.The nail techs do not wash there hands with soap after taking care of a client. They rinse there hands and wipe on their pants to dry.After doing a pedicure they do not sanitize the basins,they wipe them down with the same cloth.I am surprised that they got good reviews and customers don't see the health issues here.Service: Manicures

If I could post this with a 0 ⭐️ that’s what they would get ?Their prices posted said $25 for a gel manicure! Pedicure posted for $52! After receiving a nice manicure and pedicure they charged me $95 plus a service fee. I asked why it wasn’t $77, They responded it’s $18 for gel, I said I bought my own gel polish and they said we charge it anyway! That is not posted anywhere I brought my own gel polish and they still charged me $18 more than the posted prices. I do not recommend this placeServices: Pedicures

this was the WORST salon i have ever been to. the nail polish was musty and crusty and gooey and the girl kept asking me how the nails were supposed to go which is d*** because i thought they were proffesionals . also i just got my nails done a week ago and they broke already the end result was so ugly because the nail polish was just old in general dont go here people trust me youll regret it, they dont even shape your nails right they dont push your cuticles back they are literally the worstService: Acrylic nails
