I am a long standing customer with this bank, I have both my personal and business accounts established here. I was recently instructed by the Suffolk County Police Department to have two forms of identification notarized in order to receive a Letter of Recommendation.The gentleman who was the notary public at this branch on 06/21/2023 at 10:00am refused to notarize my documentation as soon as I set the paperwork down on the table and it displayed by non-US passport along with my NYS Drivers License.I attempted to explain to him that I have had these types of documents notarized before at that very branch from a very helpful employee, he refused to listen to my explanation and proceeded to tell me that they should not have done that because it was illegal.As a multiple business owner, I do not appreciate it being implied that I am a criminal and feel discriminated against based on my country of origin.The gentleman in question has done a disservice to TD Bank, my businesses, and to me on a personal level. If he had done his job correctly who would have let me explain the situation and he would have understood that all I needed was my signature notarized along with the two forms of identification in order to validate my signature.While there are a couple of wonderful employees at this bank, I feel that I can no longer trust this establishment.

This is the absolute worst bank if you need to do any sort of wire transfers. They try to hold your money and the employees at this bank are rude and uncaring.

It always takes forever! Tellers at desks sitting around saying 5 more minutes which is NEVER the case. Go somewhere else if you can. They always have a. Excuse on why it takes so long EVERY SINGLE TIME, on any given day!!

This is one of the best banks I’ve dealt with. I’ve been all over the Tri-State area dealing with banks and this particular branch has a family-like atmosphere. We are all human and it’s possible an employee could’ve had a day off that day, but we all do have a day off here and there.Giving this bank any negative reviews, I feel it’s likely coming from customers that would likely not be happy anywhere and probably have no patience, demanding with high expectations.Give people a chance and present yourself in the same manner you would want to be treated and your lives may just improve as well.

Contrary to the horrible reviews I see here, I really appreciate the team at this bank, including the branch manager. They go out of their way to be helpful. If there is an error, they make it right. A few made the effort to remember my name.

Employees are not helpful. Today? NOBODY working. Another customer and I waited around for 15 minutes as there was NO tellers. An obnoxious woman told us the teller was "helping another customer". Meanwhile, we could see him in the parking lot making personal calls on his cell! They run this branch like a hot-dog stand. The only difference? When I go to the hot-dog stand? There's ALWAYS someone at the counter.

The worst banking experience ever! The only thing that exceeded their lack of competence was their rudeness. I opened a business account and the person helping me had no experience with this whatsoever. That's fine, I'm patient. However the mistakes that were made were never ending. They made serious mistakes on a business account and were unapologetic and rude about fixing them. They never did get corrected. They actually left off "LLC" on the checks (which never came) and told me the printer said it wouldn't fit. I closed the account after a week of ongoing, unresolved problems and having to deal with nasty managers who did nothing to try and keep a customer.I had to give them 1 star in order to post this review but in honesty they deserve a negative 5!After that I went to CHASE and they were awesome! CHASE was extremely professional and knowledgeable and offered the same variety of accounts to choose from.

This lady works here I think she is a manager she is so rude I m here to deposit thousands of dollars lady I m paying you your not paying me
