FNBLI is probably THE worst bank to deal with unless you physically go to one of their offices. Their online service is non-existent and the bank has "old think" when it comes to customer service. Online help is available only during weekdays during the day. Many of us do our online bank when NOT in the office, ie. in the evenings or are weekends. I've been a customer for 5 years (no choice, this is where my mortgage broker put me) and I hate it. In all that time have never been able to log on and FNBLI can't seem to figure it out. Go ANYPLACE else!

Best bank in the area. A polite, professional, knowledgeable staff. Visited many banks in the area before I opened an account here.

Specially with new manager Brain they are getting the best branch in Long Island.
