Had a fantastic experience getting my passport today. The staff were so attentive and efficient. Both the service clerk and passport clerk were very nice and were timely.

Shop next door to mine doesn't have a mailbox no matter how many times I complain they keep giving me his mail I bring it to the post office and they bring it right back to me again repeatedly ongoing no matter how many times I complain it's two different address numbers and mine is posted right on the box

My husband went this morning to get his passport renewed. A sign on the front door and their website states they offer walk in services M, W, F between 9am and 10am. When he got there the man said to him, they don't do that anymore and he needs an appointment. When my husband told him that the website and sign say they offer it the worker said, 'sir I work here'. This place is awful. Take down your sign and fix your website.

It’s the little things in life that count. And Sara the clerk always greets me with a smile and always helps me when I need it. There’s a post office closer to my house but I prefer Bohemia because of the way I always get treated.

Worst post office ever. Why does the supervisor, Jeff, not open the lobby doors at 6:30 am. In fact he doesn't open them until 9:00 !! Yet, he locks the door 5-10 minutes before the 6:00 closing. This guy can't supervise this location and his manager accepts it. I no longer get my Amazon packages delivered here, I use the amazon lockers because this post office is so unreliable.

I have been going to this post office the last 8 years because it is close to my office. I have always had a pleasant experience there. The window clerk with dreads is exceptionally nice and helpful.

Most horrible experience I ever have at post office. I normally dont write negative reviews. After Long wait and dropping my package to a staff named Martin, He scanned my package without asking anything. I waited for the receipt. He just throws my package hard to the back room concrete floor without asking me if my package was fragile. He treated my package like a baseball. Normally post office staff ask if the package is fragile. In my case it is. I m so scared my item is greatly damaged at this point. ☹️?☹️

The USPS website says that the Bohemia post office has a self-service kiosk. It does not. There used to be one, but it is no longer there.I waited on line for service at the counter. When I got there, the employee told me that transactions could be in cash only. I understand that computers can be down. But why was there no sign at the door, so that people would know about this before waiting in line?
