Worst bank ever. Employees are nice, but the manager is incredibly arrogant.
My girlfriend deposited 3 checks on Friday which went straight to her balance. On Saturday, they put all of her checks on pending. When we asked why is that, one employee told us that she made a mistake and she is sorry. We accepted her apology but we wanted to use the money because we have bills to pay. They took us to Dans office who is the manager of the bank. We tried to explain the situation but he was mean the moment we stepped into his office. He said he doesn’t care and there is nothing he can do about it and that he has the right to put every check on hold. He did not care about it being their mistake. He was threatening us that if we stay any longer in the bank, he will make sure that next year we will not get employed in the hotel we are working in for the summer. He was also talking about his power to close our accounts immediately. The last thing he said was that he will call the police on us for trespassing. The behaviour of the manager is unacceptable in the 21st century.
If you have any other choice, go to any other bank you can. This bank will block your credit card for absolutely no reason, put your money on pending and they will treat you as a criminal or their servant.

I have never encountered such unprofessionalism of the staff and issues with my account as I did with this bank. They constantly blocked my payments without any valid reason.

They blocked my online banking, and I need to pass more then 1000 miles to open my card, is it normal for customers????

People are nice but it's been more than a month since we ordered new checks and still haven't received them. First time the bankemployee wrote the wrong address so they were returned. That was the main problem. Errors in banking can cost money.

The ladies who work at this branch repeatedly go out of their way to provide the utmost customer service. I came in the day after Christmas with a bad cold, unaware that I had been charged a fee. They told me about it and worked for 20 minutes to get it removed and I didn't even ask them to! They also brought me a hot cup of chamomile tea and let me sit in a comfortable chair while they resolved the issue. I have never been provided with this level of customer service and outright humanity by a bank before. Very impressed.
