For whatever reason usps won't deliver incoming international packages (at least from japan), so you'll have to come here to pick them up. Never any wait though, the staff is also friendly

They're great. A couple of things to help you out. Lunch is from 1-2:30 M-F I think and if you're picking up a package, they will want to see your mailbox key. Do them a favor and HAVE it. They are very helpful getting off packages and there is rarely any kind of line.
