I had a breakdown with my new Chev Silverado and they did everything in their power to get me back on the road. As my truck would not be repaired for a couple days they helped me get to a rental car company so that I could continue with my business trip. They repaired my truck and I was on my way they next day. Job well done.

As a digital content creator for almost 15 years and self made business professional I arrived at This dealership with a open mind and a happy start. My Cadillac was dropped off for oil change and rear brakes and rotors. The advisor even had me transported down the road to a nearby diner so they could look over my Cadillac. Everything seemed genuine, until it wasn't... as I am dropped off about a mile down the road I get a phone call saying that all kinds of stuff was wrong and the filters showed evidence of chipmunk infestation , leaves and all kinds of debris, the urgency was portrayed and I was told on phone it was going to cost me over $1000. I was scared of this and thought to myself it couldn't be. I just had it at Ed shults a few days ago they would have told me and they quoted me $410 for rear brakes and rotors OEM. I walked a whole mile back from the diner to the dealer and demanded to see proof, as I expected it was all a LIE, the filter showed some debris nothing of chipmunk infestation degree. They were trying to rip me off plain and simple. The advisor said he was about to call me and change his mind , not realizing I'd ask for evidence. Prices were changed about 4 times when I was there to try to manipulate the situation and blame me as not understanding their motive. First on phone I was told $1000, second time I was told $800 for rear brakes and rotors, 3rd time it was no that is the price including the air filters. 4th time I don't even remember the advisor tried showing me some paper and I told him I didn't trust him and just cash me out so I can leave because I let them do the $100 oil change. GM was useless, controller also useless, stands by their deceptive tactics to take advantage of their customers. My discord server will be hearing about this, so will the AG office and BBB. Expect negative feedback from many. Also Federal Trade Commission will be getting a report. Seriously people watch out and be very careful here. How is Ed shults Chevy half as cheap using same OEM parts? Something isn't right here, and I'm going to get to the bottom of it. I feel like many customers were probably taken advantage of here. Many people don't realize or bother to question things. They say they do competitive pricing it's all a LIE. All you have to do is call around guys. Don't let this place manipulate you

I can't say enough good things about this place. Never had such a good experience buying a car. Got a good deal on a good vehicle and service was quick and fast. 2 weeks later I got a check in the mail because they realized I had over paid. Like who does that? I never would have known but that's how honest they are. Blew me away.

Brandon did an excellent job when I got there. He also sold me a pair of wiper blades for my ‘04 SSR. I had to come back because my wiper arms and attached washers weren’t “standard”. Brandon and another tech went out of their way to figure out how to find and attach blades that would work on my vehicle. Much appreciated!!!

There have been a lot of delays, in part because there were a lot of problems to fix. I greatly appreciated that the warranty covered the first two issues (but not the third). and the use of a loaner car. All in all, I feel I've been treated fairly.

My experience at Cappellino Chevrolet was very positive. The sales consultant, Caren Stevens was exceptional. She fully demonstrated features of my new Camaro, assisted in setting up things like OnStar, my Android smart phone, Sirius XM, the infotainment system, seat and mirror memory, etc. I would recommend Cappellino and Caren to anyone who asks.

Caren is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with! We’ve been in the middle of moving, selling a house, and working full time, and Caren made everything stress free, which is just what I needed! Thank you for a great experience!

Our second purchase with you and each one has been stress free! Tom did a great job finding me an Eqinox with a sunroof and has followed up with me to make sure I have no questions. Love doing business in my own town

Made an appointment to look at and test drive a vehicle online. I arrived to a friendly, helpful staff with the vehicle pulled up ready to go. All in all, I had a great experience. I don't know about anyone else but one thing I hate doing is dealing with salesmen, albeit at times necessary. I also just "know" when I've found the one, or the one has found me, and it happened to be at Cappellino Chevy in Boston. Boston, NY. For as much as I knew THIS was the vehicle for me, given my mediocre credit history and recent interest rate hikes, it seemed like it was going to be out of reach. I worked with a great salesman, Tom Grinsell, who kept in contact through text. Since I work nights and told him that was easier for me, he not only respected that but put the entire deal together that way. Although, without their finance manager working overtime to find a lender with a reasonable interest rate to get my payments down, there would not have been anything to put together. Thank you to Rick Suto. I spent about an hour at the dealership signing paperwork and such, which incidentally was the first I actually met and spoke with Tom. He had everything ready to go, all lined up to be signed, explanations at the ready if needed, the vehicle cleaned, fueled and ready to go. It's worth the trip out to Cappellino Chevy if you're buying new or used. 5 stars all day.

Carmen Stevens is the greatest she makes sure that she covers every option in your new vehicle when you pickup your vehicle she goes over how to use everything and where it is. . Brian is very helpful to close the deal. We have been buying from Caren and Cappelinos for years. They are great dealership.

I traveled 5 hours one way from Albany, NY to purchase a 2021 GMC Canyon from Cappellino Chevrolet and it was worth it! Tom G. was very easy to communicate with and very flexible with answering any questions I had. From performing a virtual appraisal of my trade in & taking some money off the Canyon, I was able to do this entire sale over text & email in 5 days from start to finish. When I arrived at the dealership the Canyon was running and waiting for me. 30 minutes to sign documents and hand over checks is all it took. The days of back and forth at a dealer are long gone. If you're in the market for a new GM and want a personal, tailored experience, Tom is the guy to see!
