She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision. She explained what each fee was for and even explained when I could expect to receive my documents. Terrie was professional, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today. I recently informed about the mail delivery service that has not been reliable in our area. The manager spoke to me and was very transparent about the process and steps taken . That felt made me feel very confident and next day I saw step 2 already been taken care of.

“Someone please give Krista at this Post Office, a raise! We had trouble with our scheduled passport appointment yesterday and she was so kind, patient and helpful. She was able to get it sorted out while assisting other customers. Her multitasking abilities coupled with her incredibly warm and kind personality make her a perfect fit for public work. She was even extra sweet to my 5 year old! Everyone that was coming in while we were there treated her like family and she did the same in return. I can see why she is so well-liked! “I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”
