“The I’m pretty sure owner Scott seen me and my girlfriend struggling to get her car door unlocked since she locked her keys in there Scott pulled up to the gas station for gas seen us struggling and took the time out of his night to go back to the shop grab tools and spend a good at lest 20-30 mins trying to help us get in the car in the cold while he was just in shorts and a hoodie and he did it never asked for anything in return had some nice conversation and all in all would say Scott is a very nice and kind person and I’m sure it reflects his work! Very pleased”

“Great experience with the service department here. My alternator went while visiting the area. They got my vehicle right in and diagnosed, suggested replacing the belt while working in the same part of the engine for only a small additional charge, and they worked with my car battery’s warranty to get me a replacement battery at no cost. It had to go back the next day when the new alternator failed, and the service team worked extra hard to get it straightened out that day and gave me a very fair break on the the cost. I’m grateful and satisfied with the repair and service. The shop is very neat and clean, also.”

“Joe is a very reliable auto mechanic. He sold me my 2005 Honda Odyssey for an amazing price unheard of anywhere else. He has always been prompt with service. Had old motor mounts replaced it took only half a day to get my front end done as that's all that was needed. I had bought all motor mounts but he was honest and told me that only the front end was in need of maintenance, saving me a lot of money. Went in without a call early this morning hoping for a quick oil change and he opened shop and quickly had my car handled. It only took him about 10 minutes tops. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an honest and reliable servicing. Never made working on my car seem like a hassle. Always a pleasure to give money to this auto shop as I know the work they do is always on point. Also amazing prices compared to many other shops.”

“Although this is a small dealership in the Buffalo, NY region, these guys always treated me as a first-rate customer. Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces.”
