“Matt were great!
Called Matt, there was a grinding sound coming from under the front end of the car.Matt had us bring it in immediately.
After he drove the car and heard the noise he checked the front breaks. There was a rock that got caught between the rotor and break pad. If Matt didn’t pay such close attention to the noise it might have taken him a lot longer to discover the hidden rock.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely, plus great pricing. My car is running with no noise. I will definitely take my car back if I experience any other problems!”
“Red Star is conveniently located near me, so I've been bringing my car here for all automotive needs for the past several years. Nick and the crew here are always enthusiastic about solving any issues that I come in with, as well as simpler things like inspection or swapping out a tire. They've been very helpful with diagnosing and fighting to solve an issue with my hybrid vehicle, while being very reasonable on pricing and time-frame. “Called Online to transport a car 65 Buick GS from Cocoa Beach Florida to West Seneca just before Christmas I was told that the car could be picked up next week. I did the deal. And like Clockwork the guys from online were there picked up my car and we're on the way back. And YES they beat the bad weather. Online is 5-Stars the best.
