Don't be fooled, these guys tricked me. I brought my bad phone in to have it replaced with another one, and they told me that my phone doesn't have insurance. Just to sell another device and the most recent with another line. I called customer service. and the previous phone DOES have insurance until now, because I still pay for 2 phones with 2 lines.
And they screw you up and don't give you the manager's number. I am now paying 2 bills totaling $250.
They take advantage of Hispanics, I think they are from India.
And the worst thing is, no one can solve anything for you, neither the store nor customer service.
