I have to say, the customer service was really nice, did not had to wait, was helped immediately and they resolved my issue asap. It was also almost closing time too.

Customer representatives actually hung up the phone on me. I cannot believe this. I’ve been banking with Citi for over 20 years and have to say Brentwood Citibank customer service has declined rapidly.. No more Pacheco and others it’s time for me and my family to move on. I did get through told the next rep I was hung up on she didn’t even acknowledge it.. I guess when they can always use the Karen clause to coverup the bad behavior there’s no more need for good service..

This branch deserves 0 stars, horrible customer service, they take advantage of the people with low levels of education. Instead of helping their customers they steal from them. WORSE CITIBANK BRANCH AND STAFF EVER !! Do not go there !!! Ps: managers are worse than the tellers!

Fix the parking lot to allow a better flow of traffic,Add another drive thru ATM, keep up with maintenance on the drive thru ATM. Do all this and this bank will be Amazing Other then that this bank is horrible, Citibank needs to look into this location,

Got in to the bank, signed in on the sheet too and waited 10 mins no one came to help me. Even though there was a employee available doing nothing. Then someone just comes and she takes her no appointment no sign in nothing just starts chatting with her!

I went twice for a mailing issue on my card that I ordered online twice and never came in the mail. Explained this to them and brought every identification with me and still couldn’t get a card for my account. Very unsatisfied and not helpful. It’s bad enough that the mail agent isn’t doing their job but the service at Citibank isn’t helping my case.

Terrible service , one day i walked in and the banker threw a bucket filled with baby powder all over me leaving me blind. I was so scared and the managers are rude as well, they just laughed at me while beating me baseball bats, 0/10 do not recommend

This location is open for drive thru window service, which I guess good since most in the area are closed but they are slow as molasses and have the audacity to close for lunch without notifying those waiting and make people wait with no way to get out of the traffic jam. It's really poor service.
