Store is atrocious, don’t let ur kids touch anything unless u want them to get yelled at by the manager, even if u plan on buying the item. Manager and cashier should both find jobs in a bar since that is the attitude they have, it’s a fricking dollar store, they act like it’s their own house.. they are not professional AT ALL. The manager woman acts like a man. When u try to split payment they give the biggest attitudes, and act like they don’t know how to do that. If u get loud with them after they get loud with u they will act like they didn’t do anything or get loud first. They better not order food cause I will spit in it. Garbage all over the store and outside, it’s disgusting.

This Store has the worst employee/ who ever runs management. Called to speak to who was head Supervisor. Kept calling and hanging up on me. What business are you running?

The cleanliness and organization of this store did not go unnoticed. Employees on almost every aisle working hard at stocking. Great job to them. I’ll definitely be back.

The Dominican lady is heavy, very bad attention from her, very badly because she does not respect her, she yelled at my son, do not call the police because I really do not like problems but bad bad attention If I could give it 0 stars, I would put it so that they would take the complaint into account

Generally a big fan of Dollar Tree, I visited this location over the weekend to pick up a couple of birthday cards for twins in my family. I took my three kids, the oldest of which remarked upon entering the store, "It looks like someone trashed the place." Sure enough, the aisles were in disarray. Being close to the start of the school year, I suggested the kids look in the stationery section for planners, sketchbooks or address books while I went to find a greeting card. Quickly finding what I was looking for (and at a great price!), I returned to the adjacent aisle to find an employee telling my kids they couldn't walk around the store alone. "I'm their dad," I said, and that seemed to placate her. My second-oldest kid asked where he should put a silicone scrubber he picked up in the stationery aisle. "Just leave it where you found it," I replied. Upon hearing this, the employee brusquely said, "Give it to me," took the item and muttered under her breath, "Nice manners to teach your kids." "Excuse me?" I said. She mouthed off some more, acting as if one item that was misplaced would bring about financial ruin for her and the retailer. I explained that my kid just found it in the stationery aisle, and she continued her attempts to insult me and my family. Granted, I can at understand how working at Dollar Tree, where the median wage is just $14,702 (while CEO Michael Witynski earned $13.98 million in total compensation, or a ratio of 951 to 1, as of May 2023) can lead to frustrated employees, but this was over and above any rudeness I'd ever experienced. (And to be clear, we always return items we pull off shelves, as well as return grocery carts to their designated locations.) We ended up buying the greeting cards, a bottle of nail polish and a tall-boy can of Diet Coke. The cashier was perfectly nice, if maybe a bit bewildered by the yelling and hollering by his colleague, and we thanked him before wishing him a lovely day. Incidentally, the can of soda was hands-down the dirtiest I'd ever encountered.

Today about 4:25pm I had some stuff in counter and my son put money in counter but suddenly we lost that money from over the counter…. But I didn’t get great answer from the staff who was on the counter… he said he can’t check the cameras ,he also said he didn’t see that money…as a mean way … I know he was little busy but at least he should take it nicely… probably some other costumer took or staff confused about taking money … at least I wanted to know what’s happened.. that’s really bad customer service….

They use to be more organized, clean, and have unique items other dollar tree stores didnt have- but it seems its taken a slight turn and not as clean and stocked as it use to be. Very dissapointed as this one is the closest to my residence. I know one employee- hes a male and i saw him last night (4/13/2022) working his a** off. Sweating and and organizing things, and still was courteous when it was time to ring me up. I asked him how he was doing and actually had a conversation with me. Keep him, please. There are a lot of employees ive seen come and go from there with attitudes and eye rolls. If not for him, id give 3 stars, currently.

I had a cart full of groceries and I needed to use the restroom so I asked the young lady that was working there if I could use the restroom she told me it was for employees only. then explain to her that I'm new to the area and I've used restrooms at Dollar Trees previously as I've been a loyal customer for many years. She then told me that the restrooms were for employees only ever since covid. She then told me that she works two jobs the other one being at Walgreens and Walgreens does not allow customers to use their bathrooms either which I know to be false. I also noticed that their freezers were completely bare and not stocked, it's been that way since I got here almost a month ago. She then told me the freezers were broken, but apparently there are some items in the freezers so how broken can they really be? I then explained to her that I was going to reach out to corporate to inquire about this and her replywas "fine, that's ok... and then reminded me that she worked two jobs" 4:45 pm 8/22/22.The employees name is Anna, and when I asked if a manager would let me use the restroom she told me she was the manager

Store is messy and the workers are unprofessional. There was a line but only one cashier and the other two dudes just standing there.Tried to do an exchange which I have done about 100 times at other dollar trees before no problem , and the manager (I think? Middle aged black dude) wouldn’t allow me. I had five items to exchange and he said they weren’t on the receipt even though there was 20 Halloween items on the receipt and I was trying to exchange a few of them. He said come back with another receipt. Asked him where should I put the few items i decided not to get since he wouldn’t do the exchange and he said to go put it back! I said no sorry I’m not doing that lol. Is he forreal?Horrible customer service all around and trying to act like I’m trying to get away with returning stuff I didn’t buy when I have 10 receipts from dollar tree just this past week. (Have a small business and buy ton of supplies here)Btw This was Fri sept 2, 2022 about 2pm
