Edit: Highly unprofessional workers + THE OWNERS. Over a lengthy phone call we asked about certain bottles, specifically telling them to hold it for us (which they agreed to). Then, we proceeded to drive 1 hour there (cause of traffic, mid-day/rush hour yk), for them to say that they already sold the bottles to someone else. As quoted from them "we can't hold bottles", which is total bull$, if you specifically mentioned that you could hold on to the bottles until we got there. Not cool and a waste of gas

Had a delivery via Door Dash - was charged for a 1.75 bottle of bourbon but a 750 ml bottle was delivered. In the same order, I ordered a 750 ml bottle of vanilla vodka, but they substituted it for plain vodka. Never received a call from them. Do not order from them.

There is a nasty man named Sam there. He is rude and obnoxious. I also had a door dash order and when I contacted him on the phone he hung up on me as other people mentioned. I’m shocked he’s still in business with an attitude like his. He is ungrateful for people giving him business. He packed my order incorrectly and tried to blame door dash. Door dash should eliminate him on their site. If he gets enough bad reviews hopefully they will kick him off.

I recently made 2 separate orders for 2 bottles through DoorDash; but when the driver got to me he only arrived with 1 order (1 bottle) and was the wrong item. I asked him about the 2nd order and he said the store only gave him 1 order with no mention of the 2nd order. When I called DoorDash they told me to reorder with DoorDash credit since the store did not report the selected items being out of stock. I placed a 3rd order and still received the wrong bottle! Ultimately all 3 orders received were incorrect... I have a history of shopping in person all the time and via online but after this frustrating experience I won’t be coming in anymore. Orders should correlate with what’s in stock!!

I wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before I placed my order. Yes it was through DoorDash but I’ve been dealing with DoorDash for years and I have never run into this type of issue. I ordered $59.70 worth of alcohol and that was with a $10 coupon from DoorDash. After about 45 minutes the girl gets here with a case of white claw which is not even anything of what I ordered and was missing the four items I did order. And that’s all she had and when I asked her about it, she told me the guy the store, gave her an attitude and sent her on her way, demanding that that was all he had and that was the order. She had the receipt in her hand, instead of trying to fix the situation. He just was like just take this instead of calling my phone number and contacting me like all the other good stores due to confirm certain things so he sent her all the way here with the wrong order and then, when I called the store, he basically gave me the same runaround and told me to blame DoorDash. It was their problem. And that he’s been dealing with this a few times. If that’s the case why hasn’t it been taken care of yet and if this situation came up again why wouldn’t you automatically call the customer and confirm with them since she’s telling you the receipt is wrong. Aside from this giant run-on sentence, because I’m talk texting right now because I have to drive up to the store and go get items now that I need because of incompetence Really bad customer service it was really simple. All you had to do is make a phone call and confirm before sending the girl 30 minutes away with the wrong order which you already knew was wrong because she told you and she showed you the receipt now I have to dispute this with DoorDash and I will let them know about the store and how they treat their customers and the DoorDash drivers. Judging by the rest of the reviews, there’s some nasty people working there. They don’t know how to treat customers or speak to people when you’re working in customer service.

**BEWARE** Fraud Alert ? ‼️ This store keeps lower prices to attract people. After I picked up my order today, he asked me to swipe the option in the app to “Picked up”, which I did. Then he took the two bottles from my hand and threatened me that I was using someone else credit card. If I was doing fraud, he should have verified my ID with the credit card that I used, but he didn’t do that. He stole the bottles worth of $209 from my hand and yelled at me when I asked for an explanation. He also refused to write the same thing on a piece of paper, so I decided to take a video which I am attaching here. I have reached out to Uber support team, but they are helpless since I marked the order as picked up and asked me to contact the merchant. I also called the store multiple times and tried to explain what Uber support told me, but he hung up the phone and stopped picking up my calls.Update: Please be careful of the fraud in the photo. He is trying to cover up his wrongdoing by giving a false response. Uber did not mark me or my account as a fraud, and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my transaction and issued me a refund after multiple escalations. I was also on the same call when they actually called him and inquired about it. I never used someone else’s or a stolen credit cards. I used my own account with own credit card and I am posting this review also from my own account. He tried to steal my money. I have already filed a complaint with NY SLA with the help of the evidence that Uber provided.

This place is a scam. I placed an order on Monday which was supposed to be delivered to Fire Island by Tuesday - it is Thursday and nothing has arrived. Email addresss does not work and no one answers phone. BEWARE!

if you can order online you should be able to cancel online.
