While the passing of my father was unexpected and tragic, the assistance I received at Grant Funeral Home, specifically from Logan made the process as simple as possible while we were grieving. Logan arranged everything, helped us when we had any hiccups and gave us the peace of mind during one of the saddest times of our lives. Logan's help with very stressful last minute changes was simply above and beyond the role he has and his accommodating professionalism was unparalleled. Thank you for everything, my father was honored in the most beautiful way.

Seven years ago my Mom had her wake and service here (it was a very peaceful experience). At the time, Mike asked if I would like to display my Dad’s burial flag (WWII Navy) at the service. He had the flag ironed, folded and displayed in a case (which was so thoughtful and meant so much). I recently approached Michael J. Grant’s if they would iron, fold, and provide flag cases for my Grandfather (WWI Marines) and my Mom’s first husband (WWII Marines). The staff was so thoughtful and accommodating. I wanted to honor these family heroes and Michael J. Grant’s made this possible! All I can say is thank you for your thoughtfulness and compassion. Thanks to Mike, Jordan, and Logan for all you’ve done. ??

Michael J Grant Funeral Home was simply amazing. My mother-in-law passed away in Florida the week of Thanksgiving. I did some pre-arrangements that morning of her passing. I called the funeral home and they planned everything from New York. Thank Michael for all you have done for my family. Many thanks to your staff. They all were compassionate and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Michael J Grant Funeral Home.

Grant made a mess of my mothers funeral.Dan our funeral director came to us during the wake to sign papers he forgot to show us and have us sign during the funeral arrangement. Moms makeup was caked on her face and she looked horrible. The burial at Oakwood Cemetery was horrific. The family wanted to see mom lowered into her final resting place. My family was told this was not permitted. We saw Dan leaving in the rusty Hearse before the mourners had left the gravesite. This shows a total lack of respect to the deceased and the loved ones.Avoid GRANT FUNERAL HOME.Raul Ibanez

I get a phone call from the funeral director the morning of my sister's funeral services. Saying that payment wasn't made in full and they need the money. Now, I'm worried about serives and if the services were going to continue to show and bury my sister. They confirmed they will follow through with the serives, however I need to make the full payment. I understand it a business, but there is TIME and PLACE to ask for the remaining of the payment. Logan approaches me in the middle of the viewing and asking for the remaining payment. No regard for my current state of emotion and the fact that I'm burying my older sister, whom was only 30 years old. I dontUnderstand why he condnt have this conversation with me after everything. It was extremely upsetting and worrisome. They received payment in full the next 2 business day. I'm opinion they were pushy for payment. My sister's body was beautiful done; make up, hair and nails, amazing. Amanda was great through the process, Patient and sympathetic.

Please allow me to start off by saying how incredible of a funeral director Dan Scott was and how he made everything from start to finish as easy and as comforting as possible. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we were attended to properly. My family and I highly recommend Grant funeral home for this reason among many others. We will be returning in the future when the unfortunate time comes. There is no question as to which funeral home is our one of choice.

After the passing of my mother and going through such a hard time, I couldn't have been more grateful that we went with Michael J Grant to take care of her services. I knew they were going to be the right choice after seeing how well they took care of my grandparents. Brian Casey the director and the entire team made the process as seamless and easy as possible during a time when we were grieving the most. They were always there to help, answer any questions and really took care of all our needs making us feel like as if we were family. Highly recommend considering this funeral home for your families needs.

Michael J. Grant did an extraordinary job for myself and family when unexpectedly we lost both my Mother and then my Father within 6 weeks of each other. Although my parents arrangements were preplanned, Michael J Grant still took the time to answer any questions my sister and I had, showed an extremely high level of compassion and professionalism, as well as accommodate the numerous visitors that came to pay their respects during covid restrictions. I cannot express how appreciative I am of their professionalism and kindness during this extremely difficult time.
