The staff is friendly and helpful, timely and courteous. Great selection of stones. The workers chipped my microwave, and the company did not try to repair or even call me after speaking with the 1st person, so make sure to inspect everything.

If your going to MSI go see Crystal. She is the best. She's professional, knowledgeable and just a nice person. I've been to the showroom multiple times(can't make up my mind) and she is always so helpful. Can't say enough about her.
