Walked in to get a screensaver and Mike worked with me to find the product as it was a five year phone. In the process of ordering, I decided to go with a new phone. Mike walked me through the process by looking at the plan I had and made adjustments that would benefit my plan and set up my phone and answered all my questions with compassion and kindness. Every store should have a Mike, people would be more than happy to come in for services and products. Thank you for restoring my faith in AT&T. Thank you, Mike. 10 out of 10.

Christian was great! usually I feel like I’m being rushed out the door. but he really took the time to make sure everything was working and that I was happy with my new phone beforehand. If I could leave more stars I would. Highly recommend

We first went to Oswego store we should have known better and headed it right to Brewerton, we left Oswego very disappointed But Michael at the Brewerton store got us all straightened around and did everything we needed to do we left very happy.. Michael was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with

Just updated all our phones (6) and added a line. As confusing as it all could be switching all our information and apps on all these phones Mike was patient and knowledgeable to get the job done. Thanks guys we highly recommend this AT&T store

I had a great experience with the AT&T store in Brewerton. Mike was very helpful answering all my questions & getting me the devices & plan that best fit my needs. He also stayed after hours to set my phone up & get me all set with accessories. The other staff was also very pleasant & helpful during my experience. I definitely recommend going there
