Always A great pleasure shopping at the store. The staff and the owner are exceptionally helpful consistently. I find the prices competitive even better at the store versus the big box stores. I now shop there exclusively. Highly recommend!

I have been to Brewerton Ace on several occasions and have always walked away satisfied. On my most recent visit, the young man working the paint center was very helpful. The owners are also great supporters of the local community.

I love the convenience because it is close to my house, but half the time when I go they are out of stock of what I need so then I have to drive to another store.

Ordered $1600 worth of items and they called the day before delivery to tell me one of the grill's I ordered was sold by an associate in store at closing. Jeff was very rude and barely let me get a word in. No discount offered just a 4 day delivery delay. Do yourself a favor and stick with the big box stores. This s why shop local is dying off.

We were never offer any discounts or grill upgrades as stated. We didn't care about free assembly because the deck wasn't dry from staining it. We preferred to have them unassembled to make it easier to move into our backyard as we were told delivery was only to the garage.

Fantastic gardening tool class at the NOPL! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable. He gave some great tips and tricks for tool maintenance. I would highly recommend talking to him, if you have gardening tool questions.

Best place to get Auto Key Fobs cut and programmed! I saved at least $150+ by getting it done at Ace. Austin the store associate who did the work did a great job. Highly recommended all the workers there were friendly. Also watch for coupons, they have one that is save $20 on 100.

Purchased a $800 Sthil trimmer. It came with nothing. No oil, no tools, no instructions or manuals.Kid said I should be able to get online. Mmmm..?
