“Birds love my car! purchased a monthly membership in February 2026 and it's great to be able to clean it whenever I want. Syracuse NY gets plenty of snow, slush, rain and pollen (and lots of birds).
Splash gets the car clean and looking new. The people are always helpful if you need them. Solid!”
“This is one of the best car washes in the area. I used to go to another nearby and they would always close at the smallest inconvenience, one rain drop - car washes closes, a little snow - car wash closes. I decided to give splash a try based on some friends referrals and haven’t looked back since, been with them for nearly a year. Car always comes out looking perfect, show room ready, and I get so many compliments! Complimentary vacuums are a huge plus as well”
“This is my go to place for self care washes. They accept card and are reasonably priced. I also love the complimentary micro fiber towels they have out. Highly recommend this place.”
“Great spot. Just as good as The Kiss but better because it’s literally, if not less, half of the wait time. It is also very easy to navigate plus their free vacuuming is very strong which is a biggie when you own animals. Towels are offered and everyone who works there are super present and helpful. 10/10”
“Owner Jim M. has detailed all of my high end vehicles for 2 decades - stellar job every time. He is class personified and his local business is a 30 year treasure to all car lovers! Highly recommend”

“The Cicero location has great employees. They are always attentive. Thewash itself doesn’t use as much color foam wash as others. Also doesn’t have the air compressor to use before vacuuming. But enjoy the convenience of location”
“Absolutely LOVE this car wash. I noticed that right now a repair or renovation is happening of the touch-free drive-thru bay I always use for our vehicles. Hoping it is up and running soon! I went to a car wash I have never used before about a half-mile away because my vehicles needed washing and it was terrible! Didn’t get change back from the machine when I paid and when I exited their bay, my car looked as dirty as it had when I pulled in! Never again…Sticking with Horizon!”
“I lost my delta sonic card and Bill was so helpful. He explained how it worked as I never used it before hence I lost it. He hit me a new card and helped me get back on the road. Thanks Bill”

“One of the better car washes in the area, place is clean including machines, nice area to park and clean out inside, vacuums, places for your floor mats to shake out. Service is priced well $14 for their highest wash.”

“It would be 5 star but one of the bays couldn't take quarters only bills. With a big truck it's a pain to back it out to pull into another. Water pressure was good.”

“I've been using this wash for a few years, as I prefer touch free. It's beginning to become a bit worn down but still washes well. I'm sure it's hard to keep up when surrounded by all new car washes. Price is decent for not having to do it yourself.”
“I love this touch less car wash. It's convenient and there's vacuum cleaners there as well. So you're able to do a quick clean inside and outside of your vehicle. Perfect...”

“Ok for a quick, convenient wash, and I like that it's touch free. There are a lot of lanes so there generally isn't much waiting to get in. It's clean and well maintained. I've tried all the wash options, and now go for one of the middle ones as I don't find the more expensive washes are any better. Regardless of the wash option selected, it doesn't get most of the bugs off the front of the car, and the dryers don't do a great job. You need to bring a towel if you don't want water marks”

“I always go here and my car comes out nice and clean! I went this evening for a wash because I thought it was open but the owner came up and said sorry we’re closing this one up . I told him it’s okay and was about to drive off but he was kind enough to give to me a free wash in the other lane. I’ll definitely keep giving them my business!!!”

“The Right side automated car wash ripped me off. Put in $16.00 for the works and it did nothing, timed out and opened the door to exit. Found the phone number but nobody answers. Never going back!”
