“Incredible service. Wash does a fantastic job. Specifically, it has a 5th brush unlike many around the area. If you have a suv, it gets up along the top of the hatch and all of the back window. Then when you’re done with the wash there are towels to dry your vehicle, paint towels as well as tire towels. Well run wash. A pleasure to go there”

“Absolutely LOVE this car wash. I noticed that right now a repair or renovation is happening of the touch-free drive-thru bay I always use for our vehicles. Hoping it is up and running soon! I went to a car wash I have never used before about a half-mile away because my vehicles needed washing and it was terrible! Didn’t get change back from the machine when I paid and when I exited their bay, my car looked as dirty as it had when I pulled in! Never again…Sticking with Horizon!”
“It would be 5 star but one of the bays couldn't take quarters only bills. With a big truck it's a pain to back it out to pull into another. Water pressure was good.”

“I have always gone to this car wash with my monthly membership, and today when I went there was some kind of residue on my car that I hadn’t noticed prior to going to the car wash. Both the owner and some of the employees took the time to get it off for me after notifying me of the residue. They had me go through the car wash twice and took extra time and attention to get the residue off by hand. I really, really appreciated this. Thank you so much!!!”

“I have gone through the Automatic Car Wash 3 times now with 2 different vehicles (in 2 different bays) and have been satisfied with the clean. it takes 10 minutes or less for the Ultimate package. The furthest right bay I believe does a better clean because it has the rotating cleaning pads. Considering its automatic and no humans it gets the job done”

“I Owned and Operated Syracuse Detail for over 30 years. I specially in detailing Antiques, Classic and rare exotic vehicles, motorcycles, boats, jet skis. I also did same restorations.The Works Car wash has a automatic car wash, which in my opinion no automatic car washes truly cleans your vehicle, unless you has just polished and sealed your exterior and your vehicle is just dusty then this would be perfect. The self car wash is a good reasonable car wash. 4 out of 5 stars because it always takes a while for the tire and rim cleaner to start working. many car washes all do this, I know the hose needs to be clean out between different modes. I will ask and find out why it takes so long. Check back in week or two. Thank you”
