“We had a wonderful experience with S&N movers! They moved my mother from independent living to an assisted living facility. The team was extremely professional and accommodating. Not only were they were efficient and careful, but they went above and beyond by mailing a couple of packages out of state and assisting with a separate furniture delivery. The thing that impressed me the most was how personable and compassionate they were. This team truly understands the unique challenges of moving an elderly relative. You won't find better service. “Setting up the move was easy and Brenda was very pleasant. Our move was scheduled for a Sunday at 9:00. The moving team was 1/2 hour late to arrive and when I called to check on their status no one answered the phone. The delivery when fine but the crew mistakenly left my parent’s bed frame in the truck. Again, we called the office to check on the missing frame, again there was no one at the office to respond. They ended up finding the rails and bringing them back the next day. However, my elderly parents had to sleep on the couch the first night in their new apartment. I suggest that if they are going to do business on the weekends, they need to monitor their phone for customer issues.”
“Great storage facility with various unit sizes. It's much smaller compared to other facilities but that makes it feel more personable and not overwhelming. Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office sells a variety of moving supplies to include boxes, packing paper, tape, etc. Easy access into and out of the facility. The location is good; close to highway 481 with easy entry and exit. There is a U-Haul around the corner for additional supplies and moving trucks and trailers. Overall I have been satisfied with the services here and recommend it to anyone needing short or long term storage.”

“Had bed delivered and a couple walls got damaged during delivery. The guys apologized and filled out accident form. I called and then sent pictures to Barb, she advised to get estimates amd submit. I ended having to fix it myself due to wait time for repairs. They paid for all.my supplies and some money was added for my time. Accidents happen and they made it right Thank You!”

“Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”
“I rented a unit for a few years and had a great experience. Unit and buildings are clean and appear to be newer. The location is fenced off and secure. Fair price, easy billing, and great staff.”
