I love all the physical therapists here. They're all very friendly and attentive. They help me meet my needs, especially post surgery, and ask me how I'm doing. I come here 2-3 times a week. I love the new space and equipment as well.

Excellence and passion for their craft is what you will receive at every visit. Highly knowledgeable about everything from A to Z with the ability to explain it to you in great detail in a way that you can understand and utilize to help you heal and thrive and go on to live your life normally without pain. Their saying is Got Pain? And they definitely have gotten me out of excruciating pain multiple times over the past 13 years that I have gone there for different body parts. I have learned so much and am able to live a wonderful life because of them. I have been able to avoid several different surgeries over the years because the physical therapy I received here healed me completely. It is my strong belief that no other physical therapy office can provide you with such exceptional treatment. I have gone to several other physical therapists in my life before this one 13 years ago and there is absolutely no comparison, it's a night and day experience. You can feel how much they love what they do and how much they really care about each patient.

Great staff, environment, and positive energy! Rachel has really helped me out a lot after my ankle surgery including everyone else. She is so nice, positive and always encouraging/pushing me to do my very best, she has helped me come a long way. Always looking forward to my weekly sessions with her. Will definitely be coming back for my second ankle surgery and look forward to working with Rachel again and the rest of the staff as well. Keep up the great work! :)

I’ve been going to this facility for a month now and I find the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone is willing to assist when you may look lost. My therapist Rachel is a delight and very personable. She is extremely supportive and easy to speak with about anything. We have a ton laughs and I tend to forget I’m at physical therapy. I also appreciate that the therapy being provided feels as if it is setting my body up to improve with a foundation I can always go back to if my body does not respond well to more difficult workouts later on. I would like to thank everyone for their support and I shall continue to provide mine.

Good physical therapists, but extremely poorly run business. I will try to keep this succinct:1. They had no record of me when I showed up for my first appointment. They made me sit there for over an hour trying to figure it out and waiting to see if the office person would show up (she "was running late" and never did). I should not have rescheduled.2. If you go early/late (before/after work) there's often no one working in the office to take copays or schedule future appointments.3. The woman who works in the office in the mornings (when present) has no bedside manner and is extremely slow. It takes a frustratingly long time to pay and make appointments. She once even took a personal phone call while I was standing right in front of her.4. You can call to make future appointments, but they won't take payment over the phone. This means copays add up when there's no one there to take your payment for several visits.5. Not all physical therapists take the same insurance. They will be happy to schedule you with one who does not take your insurance and will not tell you until it is time to pay your copay.6. I was told that if the physical therapist does not take my insurance, the most I would be billed is $30. I was fine with this and took whichever therapist had availability (now getting bills that say differently).7. I have gotten two incorrect bills since finishing treatment. The first bill I blindly paid, knowing I owed them for two to three visits (as there wasn't anyone in the office the last few times I went). Then I got a second bill that was outrageous. This caused me to check my records, and I realized I was overcharged on the first bill, and the second one was just completely inaccurate.8. Billing is managed by a third party. I am still calling to try to resolve issues. This is a very frustrating process. As I said, the physical therapists are good, but the rest is just not worth dealing with.

Make sure you check which therapist takes your insurance! They may say they take your insurance but each therapist takes DIFFERENT providers. I was scheduled for a initial evaluation to a person that DOESN'T take my insurance and is OUT of network. I got a packet when arriving and like most people I didn't read it. Well the scheduler kept putting me with the same person and now I owe hundreds of dollars. If I was known aware the therapist wasn't in my network I would go to a different one that was in my network and have a $0 amount due. I will never recommend anyone to come here. Bad business on their part for doing this to people.

Updated 09/15/22 - the office manager called me to state that they take my masking compliant seriously and will start enforcing it more strictly:The staff is generally great, but they do not enforce their building's own masking rules. This center is crowded with ill and aging patients with special risks for contracting Covid, but no one has to wear a mask in the common areas if they don't want to, even if they are breathing heavily side by side with other patients.

Dear Mr. Kelly,I am writing to sing the praises of your staff in Mahopac.Today was my first visit to one of your establishments, and I was duly impressed. From the receptionist at the front desk, Caterina Sexton to your PT, Jessie, to your PT support personal, Agnesa and Greg, all conducted themselves with the upmost professionalism, caring and attention.Ms. Sexton persevered in printing out my prescription that I had inadvertently left at home.Jessie was thorough in her examination, therapy plan and over-site, and Agnesa and Greg were Jane and Johny on the spot throughout my visit. Seriously, my wife and I have been to several physical therapists in our lives, Aon stands head and shoulders above the rest. All, of which is a testament to your management philosophy and talent. Kudos. All the best,Ed Hengelp.s. Of the thirty or so therapists listed on the back of my prescription, it was your business that was recommended to me by my Physiatrist Daughter-in-law.

I have recently been a client at Aon. On February 8th, 2022 I had fallen and broken my ankle. I had my consultation with Byron who is the owner here. He is so thorough, so helpful, so informative, and always willing to support you through your therapy sessions. He sets up an online at home exercise program to help strengthen the injury. I was fortunate to have Rachel as my PT, and also Kevin for a session. Both were very thorough and supportive in my healing as well. The assistants there are very friendly and willing to help you on each step that your individual plan requires. The front desk is extremely friendly, and Julie was so helpful while I was working through trying to get my new insurance in place. She was always attentive to my needs and suggesting ways to help me get me back into therapy. I have to say I have been extremely happy with this place for my therapy. I also had to do PT after a car accident injury a while back, so I was a returning client. I would highly recommend anyone that needs PT in this geographical area to give this business a call. Each person that worked with me through this process was more than attentive and caring. They've helped get me back to a healed ankle. I truly thank them, and just know you are going into a very friendly business that is very clean, and very supportive to your needs. Sincerely, Colleen Rodriguez

I went to AON last year and while my initial visit was very informative and helpful, the rest of my sessions were strange. I didn't expect to be shuffled around from one staff member to another and there were times when I finished an exercise and would be sitting there waiting for someone to tell me what I needed to do next but I didn't even know who was was supposed to help me. It would have been nice to have a dedicated PT to be there with me during my session or at the very least just explain how the sessions would work.

There is a Manager Julie I spoke with. This facility must have non residents of Brewster and Putnam working there. As I find that they have poor attitudes and do not have any sense of running a successful business. Not friendly. They do not go the extra mile for their patients. They also give preferential treatment with appointments to person's that work in the building and their Family. Everyone else gets appointments 3 weeks later. Very poor!.
