My husband and I recently came into this store to have our phones and service upgraded. Who really enjoys having to upgrade their phones? It’s always a hassle but Eddie made our experience very pleasant. When it comes to this phone stuff, I am so lost. Eddie answered all my questions. He was respectful, knowledgeable, very helpful, patient (as we had our 4 year old son with us) and very kind and accommodating. So cool to talk to and down to earth. We appreciate your service Eddie! Bought a new phone. Was charged an activation fee. They also added a $14 a month insurance charge to my account. Had to call ATT to have the charges removed. The other issue was that they hooked up my new phone to the old one but the transfer didn't work. Have had to spend hours setting up the new one. Called the store. Told they are not owned by ATT.

Very positive experience at AT&T in Brewster. Eddie was an amazing sales rep, treating us with kindness, a ton of knowledge and lots of patience. He’s the Best!!

I am currently sitting in the Brewster store… I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nicolas. I have been dealing with a very big issue with my account, for the past 2 months. Nobody has been able to help me… UNTIL NOW. He has been extraordinary. Making calls and doing EVERYTHING he can to help me get my service turned back on. It was shut off due to AT&T negligence. I spent 7 hours dealing with this on Saturday, it was, once again, supposed to be fixed.. and was not. I have been here for one hour and Nicolas has done more in one hour than 5 agents, over 2 months, put together. He is an absolute asset to this company and should be acknowledged. Nicolas, thank you!!!! AT&T should thank him as well!!! He is your saving grace.
