“Brewster Subaru is the finest automobile dealer I have ever dealt with. They don't just want to make their customers satisfied they have a built-in ethic that is; they are not happy unless their customer is.
I live almost an hour away. There are 4 Subaru dealerships much closer to me. I would not think of visiting these dealers even though their locations are so convenient.
From sales to service Brewster Subaru is best.
I first dealt with this dealer when they were located in Kingston, NY I purchased a Forester from them. With a trade of my 2 year old Forester my cost was an Amazingly low $3500.
They sold this dealership to an other car dealer. When I went for repair of my relatively new car the new car dealer (after this store sold by owners of BREWSTER Subaru to the new owner) quoted me $1650 for a new wiring harness about which they said was eaten by mice. An independent mechanic whom I deal with tightened a loose electrical lug and my lights were back working.
I found Brewster Subaru while shopping for a Solterra a few months later and Brewster made its acquisition easy. I then discovered that they were the same company as the Kington dealership (before they sold to the one who told me that mice were eating my car.”

“I was on my way to dinner when my car randomly started shaking a lottt and after a couple of minutes my brakes stopped working. I managed to pull over to my right into a gravel parking lot which just so happened to be RRC’s auto shop. It was around 5pm when I went in and the shop was closing soon. I explained to Renzo what happened and he came out to look at my car and said I definitely need new front brakes but he’ll need to look at my car further to see what else is going on. He explained that his schedule the next day was reallyy booked but that he’d try his best to take a look at my car. He called me the next day and told me what parts I needed replaced, how much it would cost (fair price,) and said that he would order the parts right away and start working on my car. I gave him my approval and within just a couple of hours my car was ready to be picked up. It’s never fun when cars need servicing, but I am very thankful that I was in the right spot at the right time when it happened! Thank you Renzo!! ? 10/10 recommend.”

“Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew ! The holidays came and went ... l looked to see if the car was still available and it was ... l decided l would go check it out and take a test drive ... well Mathew did one better knowing how far l was he arranged with the Boss another excellent person! To bring the vehicle home a closer distance to me ... l took a ferry over to Connecticut on a Sunday mind you they are closed ! But not Brewster and Volz People they go above and beyond ! I drove to Mathews home where he greeted me with open arms and off we went to test drive and discuss the car in depth . I noticed a vibration on the car and he said he would have the mechanics look/disgnose and fix it . I decided to go ahead with the car deal ... absolutely no pressure no nonsense upfront on all . I am very happy all the way around with car. Did l mention Mathew delivered the car to the Bridgeport Ferry where l had arrived from port jefferson NY as a walk on and drove it back on to Ferry home yes Wow !I returned to have the car serviced for the vibration a few weeks later, l arrived for my appointment met Brian great guy ! The 3 service writers greeted me from my journey with smiles and took my car in right away. They had a driver take me and my little dog "Blue" to the Danbury Carousel Mall 10 minutes away to relax eat and shop while they worked on my car ! When the work was completed they called me and brought my car to me at the Mall ! I didn't have to go back to service... l was on my way back early and very happy ... the car fixed !Tell me what dealership shows that much courtesy and customer service ... Brewster Ford and Volz Inc. Does ! Thats who ! ... All Dealerships should be like this ! A prime example of what could and should be in every dealership across America .Thank you to all and especially Mathew and Brian you Rock ! The make it hapoen crew!”

I walked in asking the young lady that works at the front desk for help because I needed to print some documents out for my vehicle to be released from The shop next-door, which is preferred auto that works with the state police on impounding and towing vehicles for them. I greeted the young lady and asked for help, and she immediately helped me out with no questions asked, I told her my situation about what is happening next-door She did not hesitate to assist me in what I needed to get done. Don was also amazing. He listened to my situation and help me try to get out of my situation as smoothly And as easy as possible and we’re able to get my vehicle out of the holding lot within three minutes. Alex, the driver showed up promptly and got to work and picked up my vehicle and we got out of there in no time.you will not be disappointed with this established give them a call they are there to help you even if it’s for the smallest thing.”
