Our service advisor was Kole, And he went above and beyond to ensure that not only was our car taken care of but that we were serviced in as fast but as safely as possible. “I love my new Crosstrek!!! I am new to this brand as I bought my first Subaru last week. I was about to get a new upgraded Jeep the next day, but thought to just check this store out as I pass it on my way home every night and have never considered Subaru as an option. I was surprised to find that the new models felt very sporty, sharp, upgraded technology, comfy, and really really nice... enough so that I got very interested in changing my mind to consider the Subaru over my Jeep!

My sales person Kayla was outstanding... her knowledge about the cars, options, process, etc and her great personality and patience with my questions makes her stand out as the best I have ever dealt with in my 8 car purchases at dealers throughout my life. And let me mention she also stayed very late after store closed to help me as I arrived close to closing due to my work schedule, as well as the time she spent when I picked up the car to teach me how to use all the cool gadgets in my new car!!! She took care of me from start to finish!! She deserves the best sales person of the year award!!!

I also met the manager, Nelson, which he was absolutely wonderful as well... he has such a welcoming and very friendly/nice personality, his kindness, patience, knowledge, and help with deciding which car was the right fit for me, was so appreciated. He offered me a very fair trade for my car which I really appreciated. I will add he also stayed very late after hours to help me decide which car was the best fit for me, which was soo nice of him. He is truly the best store manager I have ever met !!!

Rich, the very nice and helpful financial gentleman that spent time to provide, review, and process the paperwork for dmv, loan, trade, etc was also fabulous. He answered extra questions I thought of and offered me a few other options with the loan and protections which also really helped me as I finalized everything. I really enjoyed my time with him as well... such a great man.

Due to all of the reasons I listed above, I decided that night to buy a Subaru, not just from any office, but from that office in Brewster, put the deposit down, and drove off with my new car the next day.

My new purchase happened and was based on the outstanding teamwork of these 3 individuals and the experience and service they provided to me. Thank you for all you have done for me, I am so happy I walked in your dealership that night..was the best 'let.me check this place out' I have ever tried... walked out happier then when I walked in. I know their service dept must be as good..

I love my new dark gray hybrid Crosstrek.. it is gorgeous and has the best technology features!! Not to mention the safety ratings are top of the top and is known for being the best in the snow too, need here in CT. All my neighbors and coworkers are making comments that they think it is beautiful and hot.. very sporty!!

Every day I can't wait to drive to and from work for my 1 hour commute.... I just love driving in my new Subaru... I am sold.. I love Subaru now!!!...

Btw.. I also love the app that I can turn on my car ahead of time from anywhere, to get cool with ac or warm the heated seats while I wrap up at work, etc .. or check to make sure I locked my doors and lock them.. and can turn on horn and lights to scare off potential losers trying to get in the car... while I lay in bed or anywhere!

I highly recommend if you dont live close by, take a ride to Brewster Subaru, it is worth it for the experience and to drive off with a gorgeous car/SUV, etc.!”

“Amazing team. I had cracked the brace of my bumper that kept flapping in the wind and previously had two body shops dismissed it and they would call me back. I stopped there and they immediately looked at it and sourced the part in the hour. Had it delivered to the shop and installed in less than an hour at an amazing price. “Mike coordinated a somewhat complex replacement of a damaged headlight on our VW GTI. He needed to work with the VW dealership to get it done. This all happened behind the scenes without any input from us. We picked up a factory installed unit and the pricing was much more than fair. I was referred by a friend that had his BMW sedan repaired by Mike and the report back was very positive, so we brought in our long deferred headlamp repair for Mike and it worked out very well. “I was on my way to dinner when my car randomly started shaking a lottt and after a couple of minutes my brakes stopped working. I managed to pull over to my right into a gravel parking lot which just so happened to be RRC’s auto shop. It was around 5pm when I went in and the shop was closing soon. I explained to Renzo what happened and he came out to look at my car and said I definitely need new front brakes but he’ll need to look at my car further to see what else is going on. He explained that his schedule the next day was reallyy booked but that he’d try his best to take a look at my car. He called me the next day and told me what parts I needed replaced, how much it would cost (fair price,) and said that he would order the parts right away and start working on my car. I gave him my approval and within just a couple of hours my car was ready to be picked up. It’s never fun when cars need servicing, but I am very thankful that I was in the right spot at the right time when it happened! Thank you Renzo!! ? 10/10 recommend.”

“A month ago, my inspection expired. This was the only place that help me to get my car inspection done. I checked multiple places in the area and the customer service was terrible, they told me go back to your mechanic. I don't have a mechanic I replied, do to I never had to fix or repair my car. The owner at this location was super kind and professional in assisting me with my car. Unfortunately this time my card needed some repairs. This location seems very busy and loyalty customers. Although how busy the shop was the owner knows how to recognized customers face expressionand preocupetions, and try to help them with honesty and at front waiting time and options. Little later another customer came with AC issues with the car.for sure it was a very Hot day not to have AC in the car and guess what he managed to spread few minutes with the customer again. “Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew ! The holidays came and went ... l looked to see if the car was still available and it was ... l decided l would go check it out and take a test drive ... well Mathew did one better knowing how far l was he arranged with the Boss another excellent person! To bring the vehicle home a closer distance to me ... l took a ferry over to Connecticut on a Sunday mind you they are closed ! But not Brewster and Volz People they go above and beyond ! I drove to Mathews home where he greeted me with open arms and off we went to test drive and discuss the car in depth . I noticed a vibration on the car and he said he would have the mechanics look/disgnose and fix it . I decided to go ahead with the car deal ... absolutely no pressure no nonsense upfront on all . I am very happy all the way around with car. Did l mention Mathew delivered the car to the Bridgeport Ferry where l had arrived from port jefferson NY as a walk on and drove it back on to Ferry home yes Wow !I returned to have the car serviced for the vibration a few weeks later, l arrived for my appointment met Brian great guy ! The 3 service writers greeted me from my journey with smiles and took my car in right away. They had a driver take me and my little dog "Blue" to the Danbury Carousel Mall 10 minutes away to relax eat and shop while they worked on my car ! When the work was completed they called me and brought my car to me at the Mall ! I didn't have to go back to service... l was on my way back early and very happy ... the car fixed !Tell me what dealership shows that much courtesy and customer service ... Brewster Ford and Volz Inc. Does ! Thats who ! ... All Dealerships should be like this !
