“Mike coordinated a somewhat complex replacement of a damaged headlight on our VW GTI. He needed to work with the VW dealership to get it done. This all happened behind the scenes without any input from us. We picked up a factory installed unit and the pricing was much more than fair. I was referred by a friend that had his BMW sedan repaired by Mike and the report back was very positive, so we brought in our long deferred headlamp repair for Mike and it worked out very well. Thank you!”
“Amazing team. I had cracked the brace of my bumper that kept flapping in the wind and previously had two body shops dismissed it and they would call me back. I stopped there and they immediately looked at it and sourced the part in the hour. Had it delivered to the shop and installed in less than an hour at an amazing price. I will definitely stop again and refer my friends there. Very happy with the service they provide.”
“I highly recommend Brewster Ford for both sales and service. They are people who care about how well they can help you and they have the know how to get the service done right. Here's my car they take care of:”
“Gavin was the absolute professional. Was out to service my truck with a smile on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived 30 minutes prior to the time that was given. Changed it quick and got us back in service.Nice to see such hard work ethic in a young person. Trait that seems to be lostServices: Tires”
“Awesome place. Usually the owner is there and he's always friendly and helpful. Even the service staff too the time to go over the tune up on my quad. Better pricing friendly service A+++. I am a customer for life.
Always friendly. They always remember you. Accommodating service.
Year after year I come back. This place is honest and treats you 100% fair. I will never ever go anywhere else. Courtney is always there and so friendly goes out of her way to make you feel special”
“These guys are super knowledgeable and honest. They are clearly looking for customers for the long-run. They educated me and stopped me from overspending. I just really appreciate that kind of support.”
“5 ✨️⭐️? experience. Salesman Adam presented with confidence and respect with experience of buying a car for my college grad. The GM Roy and finance manager Chris completed the overall experience in the same respectful manner. Lia Honda keeps too high standards. My family and I highly recommend shopping for a car here.”
“Classic Garage in New York is an awesome place to get hard to find parts for older cars! We needed some carburetor parts for a classic MG TF which are near impossible to find up here in Canada. Classic Garage not only had the parts we needed in stock, they were very reasonably priced and they also sent them to us in a very timely manner. Thank you again Classic Garage for your exceptional customer service!”

“Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew ! The holidays came and went ... l looked to see if the car was still available and it was ... l decided l would go check it out and take a test drive ... well Mathew did one better knowing how far l was he arranged with the Boss another excellent person! To bring the vehicle home a closer distance to me ... l took a ferry over to Connecticut on a Sunday mind you they are closed ! But not Brewster and Volz People they go above and beyond ! I drove to Mathews home where he greeted me with open arms and off we went to test drive and discuss the car in depth . I noticed a vibration on the car and he said he would have the mechanics look/disgnose and fix it . I decided to go ahead with the car deal ... absolutely no pressure no nonsense upfront on all . I am very happy all the way around with car. Did l mention Mathew delivered the car to the Bridgeport Ferry where l had arrived from port jefferson NY as a walk on and drove it back on to Ferry home yes Wow !I returned to have the car serviced for the vibration a few weeks later, l arrived for my appointment met Brian great guy ! The 3 service writers greeted me from my journey with smiles and took my car in right away. They had a driver take me and my little dog "Blue" to the Danbury Carousel Mall 10 minutes away to relax eat and shop while they worked on my car ! When the work was completed they called me and brought my car to me at the Mall ! I didn't have to go back to service... l was on my way back early and very happy ... the car fixed !Tell me what dealership shows that much courtesy and customer service ... Brewster Ford and Volz Inc. Does ! Thats who ! ... All Dealerships should be like this ! A prime example of what could and should be in every dealership across America .Thank you to all and especially Mathew and Brian you Rock ! The make it hapoen crew!”
“I called and they did not have the part I needed but the person working there was very nice and helpful to me. He helped lead me in the right direction. If I ever need a car part i would go here and also recommend.”

“The folks running this place are exceptional. I didn't not expect the kind of care and attention i received. We need more businesses to operate like this in America.”
