Amazing service station! The owner was so kind and took care of me when my check engine light came on while passing between NY and MA. He was very kind, efficient and clear communicator. He’s a hero!

This have to be the worse place in Brewster, this guy charged me more than $1000 to fix my pickup truck and two months later check engine light came back with the same problem, bad bad bad mechanics. People STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! He overcharges for his poor service!

We got a flat while on a long trip. Pulled off on the next exit, Found Brewster Service Station, and they were great! Plugged the tire right away, and we were on the road again. Thanks guys!!!!

I was on 684 / 84 - picked up a nail and was losing pressure in my front tire. I found Brewster Service Station on a google search & took a chance. Their lot was overflowing, and all their bays had cars on the lifts. But… they got me in, plugged the tire, and I was back on the road within an hour because they “help people with emergencies (like tires) first.” Amazing & deeply appreciated. They totally saved my day!

Worst place to go to overpriced everything charged me 400 dollars for my front brakes. I told them that is too much just my inspection sticker guy told me no he won’t do my inspection unless I get my brakes done. Never go to this place. They won’t help you unless you pay what they want.

I got my brakes done here about 10 months ago. 6 months later the back brakes needed to be replaced again. I went back to them to get it re-done for free and hopefully correctly this time. Four months later and my brakes already need to be replaced again. Three times in less than a year!? This place should be shutdown. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Avoid this place at all costs.

?Stay away from this ripoff shop! This is not Steve’s place anymore. The new owner is a crook! My pregnant wife came in for an inspection on our truck, the guy made her and our 3 year old wait for 50 minutes, just to fail her for tints. He saw the truck before taking it and didn’t mention anything about the windows. He failed her, took her money and ripped the existing inspection sticker off with 20 days left on it. This owner is a lowlife crook. The only reason this shop has 4 stars is because of past 5 star reviews when the shop was owned by Steve, an honest mechanic with integrity and sense of community. This isn’t the same place anymore, save yourself the trouble and avoid at all cost!!!

Came in for a simple inspection. Was told my brakes and rotors were unsafe. That's absolutely false. They were just done. I gave the new owner a chance, and he failed miserably. So I will not be using this place.

I called yesterday when the shop I was at was unable to fix my exhaust due to part availability. They got me in first thing this morning and noticed another issue while looking at my exhaust. The guy showed me the 2 issues and how they will be fixed and gave me a quote before I left under the car. They had me in and out within 2 hours which is amazing. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Came for inspection and The owner start doing work on my car without my Permission and when i ask him to see the problem he become very rude and defensive and mad ? and told me to leave his shop as i told him i can do it my self and there is no need to charge for it

Will not do any business with him. Be careful
