This place has taken a turn for the worse since new owners. Pumps are always broken, store shelves are empty, dirty, gas is no good, & the kids that work there have no idea what they are doing. 👎

Debit cards are considered credit cards at this gas station . Debit is considered as cash they falsely advertise their prices and the owner does not care. Will not go back here again.

Updated review for 2023: The store changed hands and is now often manned by a skeevy conman who will overcharge you if he can. The prices also went up exactly 20% all at once, and I’m definitely never going again. It’s a shame, this used to be a good quick stop.The lady I always run into there is very nice! Whenever there's no one behind me in line, we always manage to strike up conversation. A+ customer service. I don't know her name, but when I find out I'll post it. She's so friendly <3 I'm always excited when I get to stop by because I know I'll be treated well! If a manager sees this, ask about the person that had their 21st birthday recently or show them my name and they'll probably remember, (they told me they're good with names)--that staff member deserves recognition!

Love this place! Always need a good little store with a quality BEC for bfast. Nice and clean and the owners are so sweet and personable. Strange to love a gas station store so much but there are so many that just don’t measure up anymore. I got out of my way for this one

Very clean store with friendly, helpful owners (who happen to be the original owners who have returned to run the store). Great sandwiches and, hands down, the best BEC in Putnam County. With fair prices, great selection and friendly service, it's a must stop if you are in Put Lake.

Terrible service, unprofessional. The owners wife is incapable of running a proper business. There were many repeating occurrences of rude, despicable intolerant ignorant obnoxious behavior towards children. I presume a mentally handicapped second grader would have more success with a gas station. Ultimately unacceptable.
