Best massage ever! Everything you want in a massage; pressure, relaxation, heat etc you get it all with Chris’s massages. I first saw him during the middle of my pregnancy for a prenatal massage - by my third trimester I went weekly ! Just had my first massage post baby and it was heaven. If you need a fabulous massage I highly recommend !! The best.

My experience happened some time ago. As bad as it was, I had put it out of my mind. My husband had given me a gift certificate which I had partially used, leaving a remaining credit which they would not honor. I never went back and recommend you avoid this place. With this kind of customer (dis)service I am amazed they haven't gone out of business 😠. 😒😡
By the way, if you're the owner of this business and read your reviews (which I doubt), take a tip from one of your MANY dissatisfied customers and improve your customer relations skills.

Gel pedi for $65 my toes should be perfect half my toes are painted wonky and they r crooked. Never again!!!!

It’s gone way down hill. The last few pedicures I’ve gotten here took 15 minutes??? For a $35 pedicure?? And when I asked the woman up front how long a regular pedicure should take I was told between 30-45 minutes. The response is always “sorry….” Management was supposed to call and never did. Don’t waste your money!

Best nail expierience! I went in there for the first time yesterday because I have A bridal shower today, and personally I don't know anything about nails so I just showed a picture of what I wanted at the front desk and before i knew it I had the most perfect set of nails. The people who work there are so nice and take there time on your nails to make sure you like them. Best nail salon ever!

The massage by Michael was tortuous even though it was supposed to to be a Swedish massage I’ve had a Swedish back in 2013 and it was amazing here
My SNS powder nails that are supposed to last 2 weeks lasted 2 days
Very disappointed with this visit
Will hesitate to return so had to give 1 star

Avoid this place. My wife received a manicure from an inexperienced member and was unhappy with it. She repeatedly asked for someone with more experience and was denied. She told the owner that she was unhappy and asked if it could be fixed. The owner refused and then proceeded to say she should go someplace else next time. This place needs a customer service adjustment or close down.

Not happy with my experience. Was charged $80 (not including tip) for a rushed dip powder set. I hate to leave a bad review, but the nail tech didn’t even touch my cuticles or fix them before starting at all, didn’t speak to me, was laughing and speaking with another coworker the entire time disregarding me. One of the nails broke 3 days after getting them done. For $80 nails I expected a much nicer experience. And not to mention they first said it would be $60 and than when I was in the chair they told me it would actually be $80. I got regular dip powder tips with NO design. Just not worth it ladies spend your money elsewhere.

This salon is not customer friendly. They are not interested in their clients needs. They will make sure you are always guessing as to what or who will do your service. It is a stressful salon. If that works for you then you will be ok.

I have been a customer for 8+ years with no issues. I go to the shop at least every 2/3 weeks for services. Due to work and holidays, I have rescheduled my appointments several times but have done it several days in advance. I was told by the receptionist (there only a few months) today that I could not get an appointment because of my cancellations. I was totally shocked. She must not realize there are many nail salons in the area that would love my business. I hope the owner realizes soon how this person is treating his regular customers.
