Pharmacist that spoke with me on the phone was extremely rude. (Tuesday morning, September 19th, 2023). I even said to her is this how you speak to patients. I ran out of medication and currently have to use express scripts. Express scripts has my medication delayed. Since I am completely out of medication I called the pharmacy to see if they could fill a 10 day supply until I received my medication in the mail. At first they were trying to refill the entire thing and wanted to charge me $20. Finally we were able to establish them filling a 10 day supply for $4. I went and picked up my medication. When I returned home to take the medication (This is after the pharmacy closed) I realized they filled the wrong mg. I called today to inform them and I was told there is nothing they can do this is not their problem because that was what was in my file. I let them know as professionals you do know call the patient or ask questions to confirm? She did not know what to say. When I spoke to the tech earlier she was telling me they cannot fill the script because it is a controlled substance. I questioned her because I do not take controlled substances. The tech goes well I am just a tech I don't know. I let her know it is not a controlled substance and she should not imply that. She then checked and realized I was correct. I am very unhappy

They would not call to transfer my script. Even after the cvs pharmacy called them and they lied and said I had no scripts. Very poor service and communication

My family has been using Community Pharmacy for years. There is a big difference between the chain pharmacies and Community. The staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgable. During the pandemic, they remained open with curbside service so we could still get our medications and you could even have them shop around for you if you needed other items! I believe they will still bring your prescriptions out to the car for you if you are ill or don't want to go into the store.

Can't speak highly enough of this caring, thorough pharmacy who was so responsive when we desperately needed a prescription filled on Jan. 4. The woman we dealt with, whose name unfortunately I don"t have, and the Pharmacist spent extra time, going out of their way, to make sure the new prescription got to them the fastest way possible--a transfer from CVS or call in from doctor on call. They were determined to have everything done and ready for us to pick up before they closed. Every interaction we had was in a tone of compassion and "we'll get this done for you".

The service is amazing! Prescriptions always filled on time or within minutes, even when I come from Caremount medical across the street. They also call when Rx prices are high to confirm if you still want the product - so no surprises when you show up to the store. Have been going there for years after frustrations at local rite aid - HIGHLY recommend!!!!
