“We had been having an issue with one of our machines that our regular service company couldn't seem to fix. Medicanix sent someone out to evaluate and diagnose our machine in a timely manner, and although the issue resolved itself the day before, their friendly technician took down all pertinent info and asked us to send a video if it happened again. He was professional, and freely shared his expertise and advice with us. We will definitely be using this company in the future for our maintenance needs!”

“I schedule an appointment, but unfortunately I wound up in the hospital, so I did another but my GPS got me lost and I was unable to make it, so I tried to schedule again but they never answered me again I guess if you get lost looking for a you are discualyfi from going there again, but the good news is I have Google and I can always find another place.”
